Team 7 Gone Rouge

Chapter 10- the fight

They were at the bridge, most of tazunas workers had quit, fearing for their lives.

Team seven was now just waiting for the signal, the mist to roll in.

They were helping with the bridge construction when the mist started to come into view. They acted confused about the mist forming around then just in case gato is watching.

Sakura and Naruto were with tazuna, Kakashi was watching the workers, and Sasuke was walking around when the fog came in.

Sasuke watched as ice mirrors formed around him and saw haku in each one. Kakashi squinted threw the mist and saw zabuza charging at him.

Needles started flying towards sasuke and he couldn't dodge them. As each needle went in he got distracted and and then another and another went into his flesh.

Naruto looked over to where Sasuke was then turned to Sakura.

"Sakura, are you fine by yourself?" He asked.

"Yeah, of course, why-" she looked over and saw her sibling running towards Sasuke and the ice mirrors. "Naruto you idiot.." she mumbled to herself while going back to observing her surroundings.

Sasuke looked like a pincushion when he heard and yell and someone tackled him the the ground, dodging the set of needles that were coming towards him.

He looked up and saw narutos soft smile, sasukes face flashed red, both of anger and admiration. This boy was a lovable idiot. But mostly a idiot if asking Sasuke.

They both quickly got to their feet and tried to dodge the needles while arguing.

"Naruto you idiot why did you come here?!" Sasuke yelled while a needle hit his arm.

"Well," Naruto started when he got hit with a needle in his back. "I saw you. In danger. And I had to come save you! Like a night in shining armor!" He said with a grin. The he chuckled and said "And your my prince, Sasuke!"

That made them both stop and stare at each other. 'I'm his prince...?'

Out of the corner of Sasukes eye he saw needles headed towards narutos head.

Everything became slow, it was clearer. He jumped towards Naruto and saved him from the needles.

But didn't save himself.

Sasuke saw his blood drop on his loves shocked face. Sasuke smiled. He's safe. That's all that matters.

"S-Sasuke, your eyes.... their red!" Naruto said. Sasukes eyes widened, he unlocked his sharingan.

Sasuke collapsed on narutos chest.

"Sasuke?!" Naruto yelled. He flipped Sasuke over and saw the needles in his neck, his eyes were back to normal but they were halfway closed.

"Hey, hey, hey! Sasuke stay awake! Your ok!" Naruto yelled, tears gathering in his eyes.

"It's ok, it's ok, it's ok! It'll be fine! Your going to be fine!" Naruto said between sobs.

Sasuke moves his hand shakily toward narutos face and cupped his cheek gently.

"N-Naruto....." he whispered out through coughs.

Naruto held Sasukes hand on his face. Tears were now pouring down his face.

"I..... I lo......"

His hand dropped out of narutos grasp. Sasukes eyes shut and his chest stopped moving.

"..no"

"No. No no no no! NO NO NO NO NO!" He screamed out, his voice filled with agony.

"Please....."

Sasuke was dead.

His sadness slowly started to be replaced with anger. Sasukes dead. And haku killed him.

Naruto... the Kyuubi warned. If Naruto got mad, kuramas chakra started to flood his system. And that's exactly what happened.

The new chakra blasted the needles out of his naruto and busted the ice mirrors causing haku to fly out. Naruto sat Sasukes body down, his eyes now blood red. In a flash he punched haku making him fly into the air.

Kakashi quickly sensed the new chakra signature and instantly recognized it.

"Kabuza! We need to stop Naruto or everyone here will die!" Kakashi yelled.

"What?! What about the plan?!" He said back in confusion. She sensed the new chakra but didn't know what it was.

Kakashis voice lowered to a whisper, "Naruto has the kyuubi sealed inside him and that new chakra is the kyuubis.."

Zabuzas eyes widened. 'Well shit..'

"Haku!" He realized that haku was the one in danger.

Sakura and tazuna has ran over to where Sasukes body was laying. She was crying over his body when his eyes opened.

"Sakura...." he mumbled. Sakuras eyes flashed open. "Stop fucking crying on me..." he said through a smile.

"Sasuke!" She gasped and brought him into a hug. "Ow, ow! I still have needles in me!" He said through painful laughs.

Sakura helped him on his feet and they looked to where Naruto was punching haku. And they where shocked, Naruto thought haku killed Sasuke.

"NARUTO!" Sasuke yelled.

Narutos body froze and slowly turned towards them. Sakura waved and Sasuke barely waved from his body just shutting down.

Kurama chakra slowly dwindled down and narutos eyes started watering and he ran and tackled Sasuke and Sakura to the ground, capturing them into a hug.

"I-I thought you died.." Naruto said crying again. "So did I.." Sasuke replied, hugging back as tight as he can.

"AHHHHHHHH-" the scream of the tiny man known as gato could be heard as he fell off the bridge into the water.
