As Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze had won against the enemies from Hidden Sand Village and the Hidden Sound Village .He gave the Third Hokage his last farewell address and everyone was really sad for him because he's a grandfather-figure to Naruto.
He vowed to bring Orochimaru to justice but in a less physical way.
However there's someone lurking in the shadows waiting to get their own hands on Sasuke and the village was just recovering from the recent attack.
