After 3 years he had returned and he's even stronger than before..but the Konohagakure-no-sato he would see is just a shadow of what it used to be. After Tsunade had lead Konoha to greater heights , Sasuke returns and announced that he's going to fulfill what Orochimaru couldn't and it's Konohagakure-no-sato's fall to despair. He was going to make sure it happens. Naruto was ashamed of his arrogance that it made his infuriated.
Chaos, upheaval, destruction is eminent everywhere.
His "Elite" Uchiha Police Unit , composed of women who were at his grasp kidnaps young men to be a guinea pig for his experiments.
Families were torn apart and marriages weren't possible because every capable and strong males are forced to work on his own deadly projects. Women were molested by his shinobi and is killed right after but Kakashi is also helping because he defacted from Konoha and became a shinobi for Oto. The "mates" of Naruto was almost became a victim but they have protected themselves, however Sasuke tried to add them in his "Police Force" and leave Naruto-Arisato-Hitsugaya Uzumaki-Namikaze. But they're more loyal to Naruto and Konoha than those who defacted from them.
Sasuke decided to let them go but promised to himself he would rape them after he kills Naruto in front of them. But that's what where he's wrong.. because Naruto is going to end his evil plans once and for all.
