THINGS TO KNOW.
so uhhh basically, the title says it all.
this is a racing au that takes place in the 21st century of course within a semi-cyberpunk town (basically refer to the photo below or even this book's cover) in central asia.

the way the story is structured is that it tells a story in the past, going over events that already happened. some chapters will show y/n in the present reminiscing over the events that have taken place in the past. basically, you'll see as you read. the beginning of chapters will identify whether chapters are taking place in the past or present.
DISCLAIMER: i don't know shit about how cars work. i literally got inspo to write this from watching documentaries on racing and street culture in asia so um im just not gonna be professional. i literally just convey what google tells me. to be more specific, some of the info about car mechanics will probably be completely wrong so ignore it. thank you✨
1. all mcyts mentioned in this story are their characters NOT their real self.
mcyts from the dream smp who will appear as of now (this list may be updated) includes and is not limited to:
those who are listed and are not comfortable with any fanfics written about them/in a certain manner will either be arranged to their comfortability or taken out of the story, or the story will be taken down.
/ additionally, there is another intro coming up where i made some short profiles on the main characters<3 please read it to also get info on your character
2. an oc of mine named king will be inserted haha (if you've read my yandere dsmp trilogy, you already know who he is).
3. there is no smut in this story. however, there may be triggering themes. this book will definitely focus on themes such as stalking, obsessive behaviors, kidnapping, and suicide, but readers should be aware of seeing these themes in yandere stories such as:
kidnapping manipulation and/or derealization blood gore negative sexual tension and/or harassment/assault | overall, weird yandere behavior such as stalking, obsessiveness, etc.
if there is any triggering themes in a chapter, a trigger warning will obviously be displayed.
4. lowercase intended. this story will also be in 2nd and 3rd person (2nd person is mostly used to make it feel like you as a reader is also moving along the story as you the character. 3rd person will be used for narration purposes).
5. they/them pronouns are being used solely for the purpose of not making y/n (aka the reader and character) a specified gender
6. so there's going to be a brand new layout for the relationship meters. it will look like this:

basically, it's supposed to look like the top view of a gearshift. it's very easy to read nevertheless and covers everything from platonic to yandere, to everything in between. so just note 100% on a relationship meter doesn't always mean yandere. read carefully
