Nalani POV

I let Taehyung stay over for a while. And he played with Caedon and we watched movies. But it still wasn't the same as when we were dating.

I know I sound like an asshole for not getting back together with Taehyung. But I think he needs a minute to evaluate that this is his fault. We really wouldn't be in this shit in the first place, if the first time around we were dating if he had just expressed his feelings to me instead of running to the phone and calling his ex.

Because it made her feel like he needed her and secretly wanted her. When really that wasn't the case at all. I deeply care for Tae and I wish more than anything that it could go back to normal because he genuinely makes me very happy.

But we can't keep going back to normal when Trina decided that she just wants to pop up and Taehyung will entertain her bullshit.

I just really want her to leave him and us alone. And if Taehyung keeps up what he's doing now, we might get back together. But only time will tell.

"Tae are you going to leave?" I asked.

"No. You said you were going to cook dinner." He said.

"Not for you." I said.

"Please make me a plate baby." He said as I got up.

"Stop calling me baby." I said laughing.

"Okay baby." He said making me roll my eyes.

"How many pieces of chicken you want?" I asked.

"2." He said and I started cooking.

I made dinner and me and Tae ate and then I made Caedon's bottle. And I burped him cause Taehyung always pats his back too damn hard. We gave him a bath together and Taehyung rocked him to sleep.

"Okay. There is literally no reason for you to be here anymore." I said making him groan.

"You can't let me...wash the dishes?" He said.

"I already did that." I said.

"Put Caedon's toys away?" He asked.

"They're away." I said.

"Fix the leg on your table. Please." He said.

"I put super glue on it when you left earlier." I said.

"Baby please just let me stay. I just wanna be in your presence." He said holding my hands making me laugh.

"What about Yeontan. You're just gonna leave him at home alone?" I said.

"He's been home alone before. Please let me stay." He said.

"Tae fine. Damn." I said making him smile.

"I'm going home to go get some clothes. Stay awake to let me back in. Please." He said running to the door and I laughed.

"Okay. Go. Before I change my damn mind." I said and he happily went out the door to the car and I closed the door and locked in. And face palmed myself. Why did I just let him do that?

I went back to Caedon's room and checked on him and then went to my room into the bathroom and took a shower and did my routine. And I moved fast so I wouldn't be in the shower by the time Taehyung came back.

And then I heard a knock on the door and saw it was Taehyung and opened the door.

"You look good. And you smell good too." He said coming up close to me and I laughed stepping back. He came in and I closed and locked the door.
