Chapter 51

Skye POV
Me, the pups and Ryder was all outside on the porch. I couldn't help but think of why Jane and Rubble fight each other. No way it was their choice someone must have interfere but who would do that.

Everest: "I like to discuss what happened with Jane and Rubble"

Ryder: "I was thinking the same way too Everest, clearly something happen between those two"

Rocky: "There was no way they would hate each other so fast"

Zuma: "Especially with all the time they had with each other, no way"

Skye: "All they kept talking about is leaving each other"

Ryder: "Maybe that's why, they were thinking about the future, after we finish killing the alpha"

Everest: "They probably think they won't see each other again"

Skye: "Knowing Rubble he probably say something that hurt Jane by accident"

Rocky: "But she trusted Rubble she would know what he meant and cared about it"

Zuma: "So someone must have told them something but who?"

I look at everyone so far none of them looks suspicious. Except for Chase he looks fine but I could feel something from him, I could feel like he's hiding something.

Ryder: "Well then again let's not assume one of us actually cause them to fight, it could really be them going through emotional with each other"

Rocky: "Yeah that could be a reason too I guess"

Marshall: "Y-Yeah I believe that could be a reason two"

He stuttered, he must have done something, I know for a fact the Jane and Rubble would never fight unless someone did something. I'm going to have to talk with Marshall later alone. But first I need to have a little chat with Chase I think he is hiding something.

Ryder: "Well no time to be wasted I need to check the gears and weapons to make sure no malfunction for tonight"

Rocky: "I'll help you with that"

Everest: "I'll keep Jane company"

Zuma: "I'll do the same for Wubble"

Marshall: "I'll go with you Zuma make sure you don't do anything stupid or say anything dumb"

Zuma: "Hey even if I did say anything dumb Wubble will laugh"

Marshall: "Mhmm good point"

Chase: "I'm gonna-"

Skye: "Chase I need to talk to you alone"

Everyone looks at us some grin some were curious. I give them hints to leave because I did say alone. Which they did, each of them went into the cabin to do their things. I look back at Chase and see his tail is nearly underneath him. He must be nervous which's mean he is hiding something. We both sat down again on the porch.

Chase: "So what you like to talk about Skye?"

Skye: "Did-did you do something?"

Chase: "Do what I ate Rubble's good breakfast, I did some training with Marshall with our wolf form, I exercise early again not gonna make it weird I love getting into shape"

Skye: "No that's not what I meant Chase I meant did you do something with Jane and Rubble relationship?"

Chase: "No why you ask that?"

He said it with more confidence he's trying so hard to hide it. He must have done something but what he won't tell me.

Skye: "Ok don't tell me then"
