-Mor's POV-

I was pacing back and forth in the sitting room again, I had done almost all day every day since Odette had vanished, I still hated myself for not stopping her. A note appeared on the table in front of a very irritated looking Rhys.

He read it before wordlessly passing it to me.

'I'm back in Spring, I'm sort of safe. I may be getting publicly executed tomorrow at noon but that isn't what I am writing to you about. My friend Clara is also going to die if I don't do something, please rescue her, use my death as a distraction for all I care, I should have died years ago but she has done nothing to deserve this, please help her.'

"She can't just accept that!" I yelled.

"What on earth is Mor yelling about?" Feyre asked as she walked in.

I passed her the note and she read it.

"I will not stand back and let them die at his hand, I don't care if he hates me even more after, he can't kill his own daughter and an innocent woman!" Feyre said, pure anger on her face.

"Ok, we have until noon to plan this out, get everyone here," Rhys decided, and I immediately winnowed to Amren's apartment to get her before going to find the boys.

"Why was I dragged here?" Amren grumbled.

"Odette is getting executed with her friend tomorrow at noon and we are going to stop that from happening." I told her and she frowned.

"We can't, we have no cause," Amren retorted.

"How does saving to innocent lives sound?" I snapped.

After a long glaring match, she huffed and looked away.

"Why is everyone here?" Nyx asked as he walked in.

"We are planning a rescue mission," Feyre told him.

"Last I checked we are all here, who is there to rescue?" He looked confused.

"Two innocent girls that Tamlin is trying to murder." I told him before looking back at everyone.

"Ok, I say that we use whoever is first as a way to get the second one then gets the one about to die before he can kill them," Az said.

"How would that work?" Rhys asked.

"I have seen an execution in the Spring Court, there is a small stage set up so the High Lord can say some pretty speech to the crowd, people waiting to die kneel at the front of the stage, so they have to look at the people they wronged before they are tied between two posts and whipped, one lashing for each crime, then killed. It doesn't matter who goes first we will get them both out alive but for planning's sake let's say Odette goes first. she gets a chance to say some last words before being tied up. Hopefully she has some words to say because everyone must listen to the words said, even Tamlin. While she is talking, I will use the shadowed underside of the stage to get Clara from the front of the stage and back here. After that chaos will ensue leaving Odette open to be cut free and grabbed from behind, winnowed back here, done in a minute." He said and we all looked at him in shock, he knew a lot about this.

"Ok, our roles are as follows. Az, you get the person at the front of the stage, Cassian watch from high above, Mor, you get whoever is tied between the posts, Amren will need to be here as a healer, just in case anything happens, same with me and Feyre, we can't go there because of laws, is that clear?" He asked, and we all nodded.

"Good, now go and prepare, we have less than a day." He told us and everyone left while I went up to my room.

I didn't know why I felt so strongly about Odette, maybe because I saw myself in her.
