In the common area Bree, Leo, Chase (who had Amora in his arms), and I were sitting down on the steps while Adam stood next to us with all of us trying to cool down with how hot today had been "Ugh, I am so happy Mr. Davenport gave everyone the day off because it is way too hot to train." Bree groans out waving a piece of paper across her face tempting to cool off.
Adam nods his head and then comments "Yeah, well, lucky for you, your brother's a bionic air conditioner."
Chase rolls his eyes pulling Amora closer to him and checking her temperature "Ugh, Adam, nobody wants your disgusting breath blowing alll over--" Adam blows on us with his enhanced lung capacity "Oh, good heavens, that is so much better!" Chase then stands up and turns around "Get my back! Get my back!"
I sigh out in relief at the cool air but we all stop noticing Davenport and Tasha arrive via the hydraloop we run over and hug them then separate as Davenport starts to speak "Ahem! Everybody, I have a very important announcement. I...Donald Davenport...am the first person to create a livable environment on another planet." I arch a brow at Davenport as he continues "Behold...my very own space colony."
Davenport then shows us an image on the screen of his space colony causing us all to be shocked at how cool it is. Chase then speaks up a bit upset he didn't know Davenport was doing this "You colonized a planet? Why didn't you tell me?"
Turning towards Chase, Davenport starts to speak "Because it was top secret, and because every time I tell you guys anything, you blow it up, burn it down, crack it in half, or sink it."
Adam shakes his head "Hey, that is not..." he stops for a moment then changes his words "Yeah, it is true."
Davenport nods his head then turns to Bree as she starts to speak "Looks cool. Is that Mars?"
Davenport scoffs "Please. Mars? Mars is for amateurs. I colonized a planet in an entirely different galaxy. Oh, by the way, did I mention I discovered an entirely different galaxy?"
Chase gasp with a frown "How dare you?"
Davenport only smiles at Chase and continues "The planet is called Lithios, and this high-tech dome mimics the Earth's environment, providing oxygen and gravity to 50 colonists that I hand-picked for the project. I'm also the honorary mayor of the colony, which I have named Davenportia."
I shake my head taking Amora out of Chase's arms "Shocking."
Davenport looks at me then back at the screen "Those colonists have been living there for almost a month, and they are lovin' every Daven minute of it. And pretty soon, you will all get to meet them. That's right. We are going on a family vacation to space!"
