(Y/N) POV
Today was one of those days we're we allowed our students to just have a day to themselves. Which means I could spend some time with my husband. Who I am currently trying to find.
With a few snacks in my hand, I walk into the training room only to find Chase working on some fighting moves on a dummy. I smile a bit to myself and walk over and sit crisscross applesauce on the ground against the wall.
Unknowingly watching each move Chase makes. I admire Chase more and more each day always finding new things that catch my eyes. Today I can't help but focus on his face.
He lets out a couple of breathless grunts as he hits the dummy. His cheeks look sun-kissed from his body heating with each exercise he does. His face scrunches up with each hit he gets in.
Captivated by just him I move my legs so I can cross my arms over my knees and rest my chin on my arms. Pulling myself into a small ball as my eyes light up the second I notice the sweat from his face trickle down his sharp jawline.
Chase starts to finish off his defensive training making me pout a bit to myself wanting to watch him just a little longer. Turning over he spots me and smiles over at me while taking a couple of breaths "how long have you been there"
I shrug my shoulders and get up from the floor and walk over to a table to set down the snacks I brought in while also grabbing a towel "Not long, I brought you something to snack on besides those weird protein bars you keep trying to feed me"
Chase walks closer to me as I also walk closer to him. Reaching over he takes the towel from my outreached hand to wipe the sweat off his forehead "There good for you plus I made sure they could help your energy levels"
I shake my head "My energy levels are just fine" Setting the towel to the side and reaching behind me to grab a water bottle to take a sip of water. I watch like a stalker as his Adam's apple moves with each gulp.
Setting the water bottle back down Chase looks at me in the eyes and I quickly avert my eyes with a small blush creeping its way to my cheeks. "Awe are you blushing?"
I shake my head with a scoff and try to walk away only to be blocked and caged in by Chase's arms "I was not blushing it's just hot in here so my face is heating up" As I continue to ramble out excuses Chase nods his head with each word then rolls his eyes and stops my rambling by pulling me into a deep kiss against my lips.
All the thoughts in my head fade away as I melt into the kiss. Reaching up to wrap my arms around his neck pulling him closer to me as his arm tighten around my waist. Doing my best to savor the moment between us as our lips disconnect and reconnect back to each other.
