Once my eyes adjust fully, I see that the angel is standing in the doorway. He's wearing a blue and black plaid hoodie and black jeans with black monster shoes. Do angels even wear hoodies? I thought they wore dresses..?

My eyes dragged across him and I noticed that he looked really hot. The most striking effect about him was his messy chocolate brown hair and intensely blue eyes. At his waist he had a glowing gold sword that said Amonosis which was held in his leather and gold belt.

His feet were firmly planted on the ground as he stares down the monster. It glared at him with all the hate it was capable of and wouldn't break the stare. It growled and acid overflowed out of its trembling mouth.

"We meet again Nemarchis?! You wont get away from me this time!"

The monster moved closer and it's fur started smoking. The reptilian eyes were glowing and fire seemed to burst from its very eyes. As that thought crossed my mind the monster's fur erupted into flames. They both stepped forward until they were 4 feet away from each other. The heat alone was enough to make everything burst on fire. My cheeks burned and I had to look away.

I finally had enough courage and I looked again. Both of them were closer and about to fight. Now that I think about it, I don't think I'm dead. I pinch my arm. Ouch. If I'm not dead...then why is an angel here?

All of the sudden his gaze turns to me. His eyes turn a calm ocean blue and his expression becomes less fierce. He winks at me and then turns his attention back to the monster. Did an angel just wink at me? A very attractive angel at that. I close my eyes and breath expecting them both to be gone. When I open them again they are still there. Is this some practical joke?

He pulls his sword out. Within a split second the boy and the monster charge at each other and are a complete blur. I can barely keep track of what is happening. While this is going on, I wonder where all the girls went. I look up and all of them are sound asleep in their bunks. Even Maggie who is the lightest sleeper ever, is snoring loudly enough to keep anyone awake. HOW COULD THEY SLEEP THROUGH THIS? My mind is boggled at the large amount of abnormal things happening and I come to a conclusion that this has to be a joke. Or a dream? Ugh this is so confusing!

I look back to see the attractive boy still fighting the monster. This is definitely the strangest dream I've ever had, hands down. He finally cuts off one of the legs and it slides across the floor and evaporates. Green gooey blood starts to leak out of the wound and the monster howls in pain.  Ohhh...that's nice.... I wonder who gets to clean that up in the morning? Then the monster takes its last bit of strength and bites his left wing hard. I hear bones snapping and the angel screams and sinks to the ground in shock. His eyes look up at the sky and blink in horror.

If I had any power I would have helped him. That sickening sound of his bones cracking is enough to make me throw up. I hold my stomach and groan. No...please no...

The angel grits his teeth, takes his last bit of strength, and stabs it in the heart. The monster painfully yelps for the last time and it's shaggy body moves no more. And then, as if nothing had ever happened, it vaporizes into thin air and disappears.

I turn my attention from the monster to the angel. His eyes are closed, his lips blue, blood splattered all over the ground, and his left wing displayed at a sickening angle. My stomach threatens to lurch, but I force down the bile. An uncontrolled tear slips down my cheek. He protected me...

I rush to his side immediatly. I know I must help him, but what should I do? I'm not a doctor...I can't fix broken bones. How on earth would I be able to explain a broken angel wing?

My mind goes blank...
