STEP ONE: BACKGROUND & IMAGE SETUP
Open Picsart and choose any color background.
Crop it to the standard cover dimensions (512x800 or 1024x1600).
Tap Add Photo and select your image.
Important: Make sure their head isn't too high, or the PNG/sticker will cover it later.
Go to Mask, tap Dust, and choose the eighth option.
Tap Apply, then go to Border.
Choose black as the border color.
Set Opacity: 100 and Size: 5.
Tap Apply again.

STEP TWO: ADDING STICKERS
Tap Stickers and position them where you'd like (feel free to customize!).
Once all stickers are placed, tap Save.

STEP THREE: ADDING TEXT IN PHONTO
Open Phonto and add your title using Wensley Demo font.
Center and size it however you prefer.
Tap Style:
Go to Stroke, select black, and set Width: 2.
Go to Shadow, choose the middle grey color, and select the second-to-last 'Aa' shadow option.
Tap Done and Save your cover.

STEP FOUR: FINAL FILTER
Open Polarr and apply your desired filter.
Save your final image.
