STEP ONE: BACKGROUND + PHOTO PREP Open Picsart and choose any color background. Crop to 512x800 or 1024x1600 (whichever you prefer). Go to Add Photo, select your image, and position it to fit the full background. Tap Apply and Save. Go to Fit, tap the Dropper tool, and hover over the boldest color in your photo. Tap the Rainbow icon, then tap an empty color box to store the selected color. Tap the checkmark ✔️ to confirm.

STEP TWO: BORDER TIME Go back to the main editing screen in Picsart and tap Border. Set Inside: ON and Outer: OFF. Use the color you just picked from your photo. Size: 30, Opacity: 100. Tap Apply and Save again.
STEP THREE: TEXT & DETAILS Open Phonto and begin adding your text: Title "by (your username)" Month + Year Face claim / Love interest name For all text: Size: 100 Tilt: +90 or -90 (vertical text effect) Go to Style: Set Text Alpha: 0 (this makes the inside transparent) Go to Stroke: Set Color: White, Width: 3 Save your work from Phonto ✅
STEP FOUR: FILTER / PSD Open Polarr and apply your desired filter or PSD. Save your final cover!
