STEP ONE: BASE + COLOR DROPSOpen Picsart and choose any solid color background

STEP ONE: BASE + COLOR DROPS
Open Picsart and choose any solid color background.
Crop it to your preferred size (512x800 or 1024x1600).
Add your main photo and position it how you want it.
Tap Fit, then use the eyedropper tool to grab a color from your photo. Save this version (this is color #1).
Repeat for a second color by dragging the photo down again, using the eyedropper, and saving a second version (color #2).
Now go back to your original background and Add Photos to bring in those two color blocks.
Shape them into circles (no borders) and position them near the part of the image where the colors were dropped from. Make sure both are equal size—just move them around for balance.

STEP TWO: CIRCLE DETAILS + TITLE PREPTap Apply, then go to Draw → Shape → select the Circle and set it to Stroke

STEP TWO: CIRCLE DETAILS + TITLE PREP
Tap Apply, then go to Draw → Shape → select the Circle and set it to Stroke.
Choose white as the color and draw three white circle outlines around your color circles for decoration.
Go to Brushes, and set:
Regular line: size 6
Dotted line: size 14
(Just for flair—feel free to get creative!)
Save and open your image in Phonto.

STEP THREE: ADD TEXT & STYLE
Add your title and align it to the center. (varies on the photo, may need to arrange differently)
Font: Bebas Neue Regular
Size: 150 (adjust depending on the length of your title)
Tap Style → Shadow → pick the second to last "Aa" style and set the shadow color to a light grey (as shown in your example).
Add your subtitle or extra text:
Font: Signerica Medium
Size: 65 (adjust depending on the length of your title)
No shadow this time—keep it clean.
Add your watermark (optional but always a good move to protect your work!).

STEP FOUR: FILTER / PSD
Save your photo from Phonto.
Open Polarr and add a filter or PSD of your choice.
Tap Save and you're DONE!
