✨ STEP ONE: SET UP YOUR PHOTO Open Picsart, select your photo, and crop it to your preferred dimensions (I just did a square crop).
✨ STEP TWO: ADD EMOJI BACKGROUND Tap Stickers and search: "emoji background" Pick a sticker that matches your theme or vibe 💖 Place the emoji background behind or over your person/face claim—but erase around their face and body so they're visible. Use the eraser tool: adjust blur, opacity, and hardness for a soft blend.
✨ STEP THREE: APPLY RADIAL BLUR Tap Effects → then go to Blur → choose Radial Blur. Adjust the blur from 20 down to 5 for a softer look. Drag the radial blur circle over the face/person in your photo. Tap Apply and save your image!
✨ STEP FOUR: ADD A FILTER/PSD Optional but recommended! You can use PSD filters on DeviantArt for that final aesthetic touch. Or you can use Polarr for a custom filter 💫 That's it! You've got your dreamy emoji-blur radial theme ✨
