Since the royals already knew that they're on a resort, Arlo thinks that him and John could have been more productive.

After John ate his food, he slept like a log, waking-up on the afternoon the very next day.

He supposed that it's good that John's getting some sleep back but, his cycle- or rather, the lack of it- is quite concerning. He either doesn't sleep, or sleeps a lot. There's also this fact that he doesn't eat on time, and him spending most of his 'awake' time either watching the TV or in front of his laptop.

Not that there's much for them to do, but Arlo felt like he was taking care of some animal due to John's terrible way of living.

Even if Arlo doesn't find the beach that enjoyable, he is tempted to just drag John outside for him to have something else to do. But then again, all Arlo does is either watch John, or those stupid shows that John watches on TV.

The thought of buying a new phone for him to be undisturbed on this island is tempting, but he worries on what disaster John would do if left alone.

Or maybe, he should just ask (force) him to come, but something tells Arlo it's just going to be another pointless argument where John wins.

It's funny how he doesn't understand what goes on John's mind, but at the same time, he understands it enough.

"Don't your eyes get tired on staring constantly on a screen, John?"

To be honest, Arlo is also exposed on his laptop when doing his work, but he at least tries to rest his eyes when exposed for a long period of tine.

With John ignoring him, he apoke again, "Ever since we arrived on this island, that's all you did."

Finally, John lifted his head to face him, "What is there to do then? Fuck?"

The sudden vulgar question from John made Arlo's eyes went wide. The thought would have been ridiculous, if only it wasn't something they had drunkenly done before.

If only it wasn't something that had played on Arlo's mind.

With Arlo being unable to answer, John laughed, "Pff. You can't distinguish jokes, huh?"

Even if it's a joke, Arlo wonders what intention John had on saying it in the first place. There had been tension between them since their interrupted confrontation. And Arlo wondered if John had been acting like what his mind is interpreting.

What does John actually want by making that joke?

"Actually, your suggestion isn't bad." Arlo said, "Let's do it."

"What...?"

The blond stood-up, approaching the man across him.

John's eyes were fixed on him as he draws near, and Arlo took the opportunity to sneakily fold John's laptop down.

Noticing him, John immediately grabbed Arlo's wrist before he was fully able to close it down, "What are you trying to do?"

"Haven't you heard about what I said earlier, John?" the blond asked, his left hand making it's way on the side of John's face, forcing him to look, "I don't think I need to make myself clear."

Slowly, John lets go of his wrist, looking away from the blond. However, Arlo then grabbed him on his arms, yanking him close. Their faces became inches apart, and all it would take is just a single movement for their lips to touch.

It was a dangerous territory. And Arlo couldn't understand what he was thinking. He could see every details on John's face, and he couldn't deny his attraction.
