This is how I see their families being like. It's my own imagination, I would also like to know how you think their families are like:
Dallas: His father lives in New York with a younger girlfriend and a kid, that Dallas hasn't even met before. Dallas left his abusive father at 11 years old, and has lived by himself since then. His mother died giving birth to him.
Steve: We all know he has a volcanic relationship with his father. Steve has an older sister, who is married and moved out. He lives with his parents.
The Curtis brothers: READ THE BOOK :)
Two-bit: He's got a mother who works her fingers to the bone as a bar waitress. She sleeps during the day and goes to work all night long. Keith also has a younger sister aged 9. His father walked out years ago.
Johnny: Pretty straight forward, his mother is abusive and his father is an alcoholic.
