Night Market Shenanigans

The Night sky was bright, the moon and stars lighting up to show off its multiple dark yet colorful colors...it was so beautiful. I've always preferred the night than the day, but that's just on looks. The night is a lot more dangerous than the day.

I grab my cloak and start making my way down to Bones Burrow as I put the cloak on. Once I got there I was completely covered by the cloth, no one will know who I am.
Starting the night, I pick pocket anyone I could. And I think I've been doing pretty well! So far I've gained almost 200 Snails!

That's a lot more than what I've gotten before...

Excited, I continued to pick pocket anyone I could, gaining more and more snails. I could survive the colder seasons with this much money! Maybe I could even rent a room!

As I pick pocket this one person, they took notice of me. A guard happened to caught me too-

"HEY!" They shouted at the same time

"Sssshhhit..." I whispered to myself, pulling out the bag of snails and running off. "BYYEE!!" I waved as I got chased.

Left, right, straight ahead and again. I chose random directions, pretty sure I'm going in a weird circle... but no matter which ever way I went they were still there! Just leave me alone and deal with it!!

I eventually hit a dead end, staring up at the walls around me... the person and the guard blocked my path

"I got you now-"
"No where else to run..."

"Oh, uh- oh no!" I say as I do a dramatic pose, leaning back as I lift one arm up to my forehead. With my other I drew a magic circle which lifted a huge wall separating me from the other two. I grinned and used fire magic to blast me into the sky.

Once I came back down, landing on the roof, I look down to see the two trying to climb my wall. I couldn't help but laugh at how dumb they looked!

But my laughter was cut short by a familiar voice...

"Well well. If it isn't a wild witch" the Golden Guard spoke behind me

I quickly turned around, "You-"

"Yes yes, me," he sighed with joy, "the popular Golden Guard! The one and only!"
I could hear the grinning look through his maks..

"...Back away" I hissed at him. He let out a giggle, "Or what? You're gonna blast me?"

I drew a circle, not releasing any magic yet...

"Alright, alright. I'll let you go" He backed up.

...what? He was going to let me go? Just like that? I slowly lower my hand as I stood there, confused. "Really..?"
"Yes really!" He nods. "Be off on your way, you'll obviously best me" He said, moving to the side. I lower my guard and nodded, "thank you..."
I started walking, going past him. That's when he ducked and swept his leg at my feet, making me fall. HE TRIPPED ME- I GOT TRICKED ER FIEBDJS I GOT TRIPCKED!

His staff started glowing, ropes appearing under me to tie my arms to my body. I kicked my self up and glared at him, "YOU SAID-"
"I say a lot of things, witch" He shrugged as he stood. He took a moment and stared at me...wait-

"Ah, it's nice to see you again!" He held his arms out. "If I had known you were a wild witch then..."

"Well uh- I'm not going anywhere so-" I say as I turned around and drew a circle, blasting fire at him. He was quick to dodge it but I was already flying off with a loud, "CCYYAAAAA!!!"

"Wh- hEy!" He got on his staff, flying after me

I looked back and grinned, might aswell make this a game! I drew more circles of fire that would steer me around the air as I yelled, "CATCH ME IF YOU CAN GOLDIE!"
I can tell this pissed him off as he flew faster, using teleportation.

The Golden Guard teleported right behind me as I drew a circle, reaching out to grab my cloak. Before he could close his hands I was sent further by fire. I looked back a grinned, "MISSED ME MISSED ME NOW YOU GOTTA KIS- er.." No I don't want that- UH-
"Psh uh- LEAVE ME ALONE!" I said out of the tune

"Well if you want a kiss that badly I'll see if I have time for it!" The Golden Guard smirked. Smart ass...

"SHuT UP-" I cracked, letting myself fall for awhile, cheeks red

The Golden Guard fell right after me, diving to grab me...

No. Not yet. I draw a bigger circle that blasted me farther than the others did. I was flying over the woods! I looked down at the trees... I felt the breeze slapping my face and tangling my hair. This felt so nice... but it soon ended when I felt someone grab the end of my cloak.
"Gotcha" a cheeky voice spoke. I looked back and for sure the Golden Guard had caught me... farts.
