Chapter 14: Becoming a Monster For The One I Love

Mrs. Oshigaki slipped on a pair of rubber gloves. Afterwards, she covered Hinata's belly in a clear gel like substance before she began to use the small object that would scan her stomach as it moved around. On the screen it showed black and white pictures of the baby.

"I see the head here.. and the little hands and feet are here." she smiled softly pointing to the body parts. She then came across the private area and grinned slightly.

"Is it a boy or girl?" Naruto asked in excitement

"If you look right here.. You can see that you're having a....."

~~~Present~~~

Hinata was now slipping on her clothing. Once she finished, she thanked the doctor and left with Naruto. Meeting Neji back in the waiting area, he asked about the gender and the health status of the baby. He sounded as if he couldn't wait for her to have the little rascal. He was excited knowing he would be an uncle.

"We decided... Hinata decided that we didn't want to know the gender of our baby until the birth... Sooooooo, it's an unknown to us as well." Naruto said, his voice sounded as if he had been slightly annoyed. The blonde ruffled his hair as he let out a heavy sigh

Neji pouted a bit, poking his bottom lip out and letting out a small sigh "Aww.. Okay.. Her wishes, so I agree to them....." he smiled a bit "... but I still wanted to know." He mumbled

"You and I both Neji.. You and I both." Naruto commented

~~~A Few Hours Later~~~

Naruto and Hinata were at a restaurant, Konoha's number one restaurant to be exact. They were sitting at their own little table, reserved only for them through reservations by Naruto. The entire restaurant had dim lighting with candles on the middle of the tables. The tables were covered with a red cloth as a symbol of love along with flowers in a vase.

The young couple were talking and laughing, just having a good time and enjoying each other's company. This was the first time in month's they were able to spend time together. Of course they had to sneak and chill but hey.. Neji got her out the house.

Hinata sat her fork down, looked at the blonde and let out a soft sigh. Out of curiosity, Naruto looked at her, smiling a bit. "Is everything okay?" he asked arching a brow

"Yea... Everything is fine.. Just thinking is all." the pale eyed girl responded

"Tell me what's on your mind.."

"I have to leave... Hiashi is making me move.. He says that we're leaving after graduation.. Maybe before.. I don't know." Hinata twirled her thumbs around each other, signaling her nervousness.

Naruto blinked and sat his utensils down and sat back, his back against the chair, just staring at her. Rage filling his senses as he thought about everything Hiashi was doing just to get rid of him. Biting his pink, plump lip, Naruto nodded and then smiled. "I'll be sure to do everything in my power to make sure that doesn't happen."

Letting out a soft sigh, Naruto stood up "Let's get you home.. I don't want Hiashi giving another reason to take you away from me.... not that he has any anyway.." He mumble the last part to himself out of anger. Hinata nodded and grabbed Naruto's hand as he helped her stand up. He sat the money on the table along with a tip and walked out grabbing Hinata's jacket and holding her close as they walked to the car.

Just as Naruto opened the door for Hinata, he was rushed by a guy about the same height as him but his build was completely different. He didn't look it, but Naruto had the skills to protect himself and the people he loved, especially if it came to protecting Hinata. The guy wore a black hoodie with jeans and converse. Naruto couldn't see his face so he couldn't make out who it was.
