Chapter 18: Rivalry

"Congratulations. I'm a best man right?" Kiba laughed, ruffling the blondes hair playfully

"Of course man. Who else if it isn't you guys.." The blonde responded laughing before glancing at Neji

"Hey.. Looks like we're gonna be brothers." Naruto joked

"I thought we were already at that point." Neji responded "Besides, I gave you permission to have my sisters hand in marriage.. Don't make me regret my decision."

"I won't. Trust me."

~~Present~~

It's been a few weeks since Naruto proposed to Hinata. Since then, the couple have once again been the center of attention in the media. Paparazzi have taken pictures, made up stories, and even confronted the blonde in many ways about his proposal saying that they were too young to marry or that they're only getting married because of their unborn child.

It is now 8:15 in the morning. The group of teens were having a regular day today. They were in school going through their regular meeting up routines and chatting among each other. Sakura was sitting between Sasuke's legs and the same goes for the other couples as well, except Naruto and Hinata. They were totally opposite of the others. Naruto was sitting between Hina's legs considering she was ready to pop and couldn't sit too low when they hung out at the courtyard every morning. 

"Did you guys hear about a transfer going on today?" Tenten asked while she painted her nails, holding her hand out to look at the color of them every once in awhile

"Transfer? This late in the semester?" Hinata responded

"Do you know who it is?" Sasuke questioned 

Tenten nodded, blowing on her hand hoping to help dry the paint faster. "Well, it isn't just one person. It's a group of people." she stated "I heard that they're a well known band... ranked second after your band."

"Wait.. You mean that group of obnoxious rich kids?" Naruto arched a brow

"You act as if we aren't obnoxious rich kids." Kiba joked

"We aren't. We weren't born rich ya know. We just so happen to become famous and get a little money."

"Well I can't say that. I've never been without money." Sasuke stated 

"Shut up. No one asked you." Naruto stuck his middle finger up at his best friend "Besides, you don't flaunt your money in front of everyone's faces. That's what makes us different."  

"Well, they don't flaunt their money. They're known for their similar sound. Fun fact, they don't flaunt their money.. they just acknowledge that its their to spend." Ino commented

"Bullshit..." Naruto said

"It sounds like you're taking up for them.." Sasuke arched a brow

"Have you heard their music? I listen to it just as much as I do yours." Ino then took out her phone and began playing a song from the band called 'Machines'. The teens listened peacefully

Once the song had finished, Naruto nipped at his lips and scoffed. "They're pretty good.. But I don't necessarily think they have a similar sound to us ya know. All rock music don't sound the same." he crossed his arms, leaning into Hinata's touch as she ran her fingers through his hair calmly.
