The city wasnt that crowd by she could see the children ran on the side street, laughing and smiling happily as the war has never happen for them. Dalianis Monroe sat at the left side, eyes looking blankly outside through the glass window.
She never had the opportunity to be them as a child. She never had the opportunity to spend her childhood as a youngster, playing as these children did. Instead, her childhood was utterly ruined, with no toys, no freedom, and only dread. Blood and a gun were constantly present, with no laughter or emotion. With a knife, she preyed on her own pals, smelling and sleeping in a pool of blood. She felt foolish and infectious at the same time, unsure how she was going to get out of the Red Room or any of the experiments they had performed on her. Fortunately, they did not fertilize her, and she had no idea why, but the odds were stacked against her. Would she be able to find a place to live a good life without bringing the nightmare up? Would she be able to have her own family? Maybe there was no hope.
Peggy was in the front seat, staring through the front mirror at her friend, and she could see the grief in her friend's brown eyes. She turned to the side and saw the children running around, and she realized what Dalia was thinking.
''I know this neighborhood. I got beat up in that alley. And that parking long and that dining.'' Steve's voice pulled the two women turned to him. His hand pointed out the widow to where he was talking about. This was Brooklyn, the place where Steve Rogers's born and grew up in.
''Did you have something than running away?'' Peggy pointed out.
''You're start running they'll never let you stop. You stand up, push back. Can't say no forever right?'' He gazed out the widow as he answered. Dalia looked at him with a smile on her lips, just as she could see how charming Steve's answer was.
''I know the feeling that have every door shut in front of your face.'' Peggy added as she was trying to secured her curls in place which it has been fall in front of her face. Dalia smirked before she turned herself back to look to the window at her side.
''It is hard to be a woman in this world, they dont respect you as much as you want them to be, especially some men. They're really think that are above us, looking down as we are fragile.'' Dalian started out causing Steve to look at her. ''We're fight much better than them.''
She wasnt wrong, she saw her beat Hodge by used her leg swung down his so easily. Both her and Peggy has potential on that.
''I just didnt know why you want to join the army if you're a beautiful, a dame.'' Steve shuttered as he started to speak, clearly he was embarrassing himself in front of these two women. Dalia lips curved with she turned to look at him when he tried to find any words to say more. Gosh, he was adorable, cheeks flushed pink with her enhanced, she could hear his heart beating faster. ''Or beautiful women, or a like, beautiful people and agent you guy are.''
