The next morning I woke up on Rozie's couch underneath more blankets than we fell asleep with. I stretched happily enjoying the smell of incense and brewing tea. "Hmm." I closed my eyes relaxing until I heard a voice. "Rozie told me you were light skinned like me." I sat up realizing it was Terra and making sure all body parts were covered. Terra was sitting in a chair on the opposite side of the room with a cup of tea. "What are you doing here?" I asked her. "Rozie went out with my brother Gary to discuss baby sitting me for a few days." Gary...she was still seeing him.

"Don't worry, they aren't on a date. They met up to talk in the parking lot of a hardware store. I'm here to sit with you." I sat on the couch properly making sure to keep my body covered. "Look, mister. I know what you and Rozie are up to." I swallowed hard. "What do you mean?" I asked her. She stood up and set her tea down. "I know you and Rozie are dating. I have an older brother, I know what it looks like when a date has happened." I looked around the room to see a guitar on Rozie's freshly made bed. Damn, how long was I asleep? "You play guitar?" I asked her so we could change the subject. Terra turned her head and gasped. "That's right! Rozie also told me you could teach me guitar. I didn't know secret agents could play guitars." I stood up wrapping myself in the blanket.

"I'll teach you guitar. Just let me take a shower and-" I yawned. "I made tea. Rozie said you like tea." Terra said. I smiled grabbing my bag by the bed and walking into the bathroom and shutting the door before dropping the blanket. I set my bag on the counter and took a quick shower trying not to get my hair wet before toweling off and I heard Rozie come into the apartment. My heart leapt from hearing her voice and I smiled and quickly pulled on some clothes before stepping out in my barefeet. I noticed she was wearing one of my old tour shirts and the tightest jeans, and damn did she look so cute. I fixed my collar and snuck up behind her as she and Terra were talking. I grabbed her hips and she gasped grabbing my hands. "Shit, Prince." I laughed stroking her lower back and to my surprise she gave me a soft kiss. I didn't know if we were being open about us, or even if there was an us, but that kiss told me everything.

"So, Gary and your mom are gonna be away in Hawaii for a few days taking care of some business with his dad, so you'll be staying with me." She told Terra. I let them talk as I made some tea for me. "Will Mr. Prince be able to stay here, too?" I laughed walking over to them. "I'm not sure. Depends on Rozie." I said to Terra. I sat on her bed next to the guitar and sat my tea down on her nightstand to open the guitar case. It was an acoustic and looked almost exactly like the first one I owned. I grabbed it by the neck examining it before starting to tune it. The girls were still talking and Rozie sat next to me while Terra sat on the floor.  Rozie gasped."Terra, your mom told you no tea. Prince did you give her tea?" I shook my head. "She made it." I started playing the guitar and Rozie stopped talking.

I was watching Prince play Terra's guitar and got absorbed in watching him. I had seen him play electric many times, but I had never seen or heard him play acoustic. Not only was he an amazing lover, but knowing that he could play different kinds of guitar made me love him more. Love? Oh God I was falling for him. Well, I had already liked him for so long, but he didn't know that. Prince stopped playing and smiled. "Sorry, got carried away." He said shyly. He handed the guitar to her. "Work on your scales. You know scales right?" "Yeah! I can do that." She took the guitar and sat on the other side of the room to practice.

I sat next to Prince. "That was incredible." I said to him. He laughed a little. "Thank you. You should hear me record sometime. I don't think you've ever heard me record." He looked at my shirt. "I forgot I gave you this years ago." He actually didn't give it to me, I sort of stole it. This shirt was his at one point and he always loved his shirts three sizes bigger than his actual size. I was listening to Terra practice her scales. "Roze...I was wondering if you wanted to go to dinner with me tonight." His eyes were watching my lips. I stroked his hair. "Yeah we can go to dinner. Are you going to be busy next week?" I asked him.
