Chapter 3

Jaden: Mia time to wake up (lightly shakes her)
Mia: hmm (mumbles)
Jaden: come on Mia you slept through the whole day yesterday it's time to get up, you need some food in your system and we have to put the cream on
Mia: no (whines)
Jaden: get up
Mia: I don't want to (cuddles into her pillow)
Jaden: please get up I'll pick you up if I have to
Mia's pov
As soon as he said that I opened my eyes I didn't want him to carry me not after the dream I had in fact I don't want to be touched so I moved as far away from him as I could with the sheets wrapped around me.

Jaden: I am not going to hurt you I promise just come downstairs okay?
Mia: fine
Jaden: thank you
Mia's pov
I followed Jaden down the stairs and walked into the kitchen area where I saw ness by the stove making breakfast and the other boys sitting around the table with a couple girls who were not here yesterday.

Jaden: Mia I want you to meet Cynthia, Addison, Amelie, Dixie, Sabrina, and Julie these are the girls in the gang
Mia: hi (waves shyly)
Dixie: you are so cute
Nessa: breakfast is ready (comes out with pancakes, eggs and bacon)
Jaden: thanks babe, what's the plan for today?
Nessa: the girls and I are going to train but Mia needs to rest so can you stay with her?                       
Jaden: as long as you don't mind going down to the basement and taking care of business that needs to get done, and try and get in touch with Taylor he's the only one that's working for us and knows what
Mia's pov
I was cutting my food into tiny pieces and was trying to make it look like I had eaten something while they were distracted on talking about whatever it was they were talking about probably something that had to do with the gang and whoever that Hudson guy was they were talking about the night they found me. My tactic of not really eating was working until once again I felt the fork getting taken out of my hand and I looked up to see it was none other then Jaden, I attempted at glaring at him for taking the fork away from me and ruining my plan, but his glare was more intense than mine ever could have been. I probably looked like a kitten trying to scare him away which was obviously wasn't going to work.

Jaden: Why aren't you eating now?
Mia: I am not hungry
Jaden: That's a joke right? You literally slept an entire day you should be starving  Mia: (shrugs her shoulders) I am used to being starved remember? I could go days, weeks even being hungry and I probably wouldn't even notice I was hungry
Jaden: That's not going to happen here so get used to it and take a bite (holds the fork with a pancake up to her lips and waits a few seconds)
Mia's pov
I took a bite of the pancake knowing it was going to go in my mouth one way or another, he fed me another bite and then another and by my fifth bite my stomach started to hurt but I didn't want to tell him because I didn't want to get in trouble. I know him and Nessa have been nice and patient with me but I still don't trust them. It's going to take me a while to trust them and for all I know the second I decide to say no or fight back they could turn their backs on me and hurt me. So I kept eating until I felt the familiar burning sensation travel up my throat and I quickly got up from the chair ignoring their protests and bolted to their bathroom where my body was releasing the pancake that had just been eaten. A few seconds later I felt a pair of hands hold up my hair and nails rubbing my back in a comforting way until I was done and I looked up to see ness was rubbing my back while Jaden finally let go of my hair.                          End of pov

Nessa: for what honey?
Mia: Throwing up... you wanted me to eat the food and I didn't p p please d don't p p punish m m me
Nessa: (looks back at Jaden who is now standing by the door with his arms crossed and then looks back at Mia) Mia it wasn't your fault, Jaden shouldn't have pushed you to eat so much when you weren't ready, from now on we'll take baby steps okay? (runs her Fingers through her hair)
Mia: Y Y You guys a a aren't m m mad?Jaden: No, Ness is right I shouldn't have pushed you and I shouldn't have made it sound like you were going to get in trouble if you didn't eat it's just..
Mia: just what?
Jaden: even though we just met you, ness and I feel the need to protect you
Mia: well you don't need to protect me if you don't want too I have been taking care of myself ever since I could walk
Nessa: You don't see the point do you?
Mia: what point? That you guys feel like you need to take care of but don't actually want to do it and the only reason you are is because I am pretty much stuck here right?
Jaden: first of all don't put words in our mouths, Nessa and I didn't say we didn't want to take care of you it's actually the opposite we do want to help you which is why feel the need to so if one of us comes off a little strong there's a reason why
Mia: oh (looks down and starts picking at the skin on her nails and then looks back at them) so what your saying is I am not a burden to you guys?
Nessa: yes and like Jaden said stop putting words in our mouth, we'll be straight up with you so don't let your mind go and make assumptions
Mia: okay
Jaden: alright go upstairs and lay down in my room I'll be up there in a bit but you need to rest
Mia: okay (stands up and walks upstairs)
(Jaden and nessa wait till they hear the door close and walk back to the living room where the rest of the gang are)
Nessa: were you guys able to catch our guests?
Cooper: yup down in the basement just like you asked, it was pretty easy they were already out of it so we just offered them some coke and LSD and they were done for
Jaden: good we'll go pay them a visit and then I'll let you head to the office ness
Nessa: okay
Josh: we are going to head over there now and meet you there
Nessa: okay
(The rest of the gang leave while Jaden and Nessa walk to the basement to see Susan and James handcuffed to a pole)
James: listen whatever drugs you want from Hudson we'll get them for you
Jaden: funny you think I give a shit about what Hudson has, news flash I make way more then his pathetic ass ever could
Susan: so what is it you want?
Nessa: funny you should ask (grabs a knife) does the name Mia sound familiar
James: oh great what did the bitch do now?
Jaden: (throws a punch to his stomach) I dare you to call her that one more time and I'll stab you before you even have s chance to blink (picks up another knife)
Susan: listen just tell us what you want with Mia and let us go, we don't even care about the brat
Nessa: (slaps her across the face) I would think twice about what your going to say next about her
James: what do you care? She's just some stupid foster kid
Jaden: (throws another punch) you want to know why we care? It's because I found her two nights ago when you kicked her out of your house
Susan: whatever the bitch told you she's lying
Nessa: really (pulls her hair) so she was lying about how you guys would beat her? She made up the scars and bruises on her back and stomach? Why would she lie about that?
James: she wants attention and she wants someone to feel sorry for her
Jaden: well I'll tell you who I don't feel sorry for, I won't feel sorry for you but I'll have some mercy I won't kill you pathetic Fucks yet but from my understanding Is you guys are Hudson's clients and from the research that one of my men did it looks like you owe him a lot of money so I'll let him deal with you but in the meantime I am going to make your last few days here with us hell, your going to wish we had killed you (stabs him in the shoulder) come on ness I am done with them for now
Nessa: me too (slaps Susan across the face and then punches her in the stomach and follows Jaden back upstairs)
Nessa: I should get going take care of Mia and call me for whatever reason and don't forget to put the cream on her
Jaden: don't worry I got it (pecks her on the lips) go be the bad ass leader I know you are
Nessa: (smiles) love you
Jaden: love you too
Scene change
Mia's pov
I was flipping through the channels when I came across a show called Degrassi, it looked old but it didn't look too bad so I clicked on it and just stayed watching until I heard the door open and my first instinct was to just wrap my body around the blanket so I did until I saw Jaden walk in a few seconds after and I let go of the sheets a bit and tried to relax my body so it wasn't so tense and brought my attention back to degrassi until I felt the bed dip and notice Jaden was sitting on the bed with me and my instinct was to stay as close to the edge as possible with my body curled into my chest so that's what I did.

Jaden's pov
Halfway through the episode I kept thinking she would at least lay under the covers and move closer to middle of the bed instead of the edge because all it would take is one move for her to go falling off the bed, but when I realized that she wasn't going to move from that spot anytime soon I decided I would have to take matters into my own hands. I moved closer to her and since she didn't want to fall off the bed she couldn't exactly move away from me, when she was close enough to me I wrapped my arms around her and brought her to my chest and laid on the bed with her my lap. Ten minutes passed and she was still tense in my grip so I decided that maybe a massage would help and while I am at it I might as well put the cream on her too.

Jaden: Mia are you wearing a sports bra underneath the hoodie?
Mia: w why?
Jaden: I should probably put the cream on now before we both forget
Mia's pov
I froze when he said that because I didn't want him touching me but it's not only him I don't like people touching me period. Touching always leads to being hurt in some type of way, I tried to get out of his grip but he wasn't having it and just placed a former grip on my waist.

Mia's pov
I looked into his eyes because believe it or not you can tell a lot about someone by looking into their eyes and his blue ones held nothing but honesty, it confused me and I didn't understand why he wasn't actually lying like I thought he was but I decided that I should at least give him the benefit of the doubt so I nodded my head and turned back around. I felt him slowly lift up the hoodie and I closed my eyes and bit my lip trying not to flinch.

Jaden: Mia open your eyes and just breathe can you do that for me?
(Mia shakes her head)
Jaden: I want you to see that not every Touch is bad I am not going to hurt you I promise
Mia's pov
I knew he wasn't going to start unless I opened my eyes even though my back was towards him I knew he still wanted me to open my eyes, he wanted me to be present in this moment so he waited and when I finally did he took the hoodie off completely and my body started shaking until I felt his firm hands place something cool on my back which stung for a few seconds but eventually went away. He kept rubbing his hands on my skin making sure to get it everywhere and applied only a little bit of pressure to stop my shaking. His hands moved towards my shoulders and my neck and I got scared again.

Jaden: (smirks) no I wouldn't do anything you weren't ready for I am just massaging your neck and shoulders because you have a lot of tension built up and it's not good
Mia: oh (blushes) I I am s sorry I j just t thought
Jaden: I know but I said I wouldn't hurt you and I won't, but now that I am done with your back I am going to need to do your legs which means you need to take your sweatpants off
Mia: I I think t t that's e e enough e experimenting for one day we don't have to do that part (puts her hoodie back on)
Jaden: it wasn't a question those cuts and bruises need to heal or they'll get worse so either you take them off or I will
Mia's pov
I looked down at my sweats which were really his but I am using them right now for obvious reasons and I knew I was going to have to face my fear one way or another. I brought my hands to the waistband of my sweats and stood on the floor and took them off with my cheeks probably as red as a cherry by now. I had never willingly exposed myself to anyone like this and he stared at me for a few seconds before gently grabbing my hand and laying me down on the bed this time i was facing him so I could see what he was doing and I wasn't sure if that made it better or worse. I watched as he put the cream on his hands and he worked from the lower half of my legs and then went up, when his hands got to my thighs I let out a sharp breath and closed my eyes, flashbacks started popping up in my mind until I heard Jaden once again tell me to open my eyes so I did and he looked at me.

Jaden: Mia have you ever been touched before?
Mia: y y yes
Jaden: did you like it?
Mia: n n no i it h hurt
Jaden: it's not supposed too
Mia: w w what? (Looks at him confused)
Jaden: (rubs his hand on her thighs) it's not supposed to hurt... it's actually supposed to feel good and if you let ness and I then we can show you how it's supposed to really feel
Mia: w would she b be okay w with that?
Jaden: more than okay with that
Mia: o okay
Jaden: we won't do anything right now but when your ready you just let us know okay (kisses her on the cheek)

Jaden: put your sweatpants back on and watch some tv for a bit I'll be right back okay?
Mia: okay
Jaden's pov
I passed her the remote and waited for her to press play on her show again before walking out into the hallway and saw Rafy in the kitchen.

Jaden: I am going down to the basement for a bit make sure Mia stays in her room, I'll be back in time for her to eat lunch
Rafy: yes sir, what would you like me to make?
Jaden: her stomach can't handle anything heavy so penne with butter and olive oil should be a good start and just put marinara on mine
Rafy: okay no problem
Jaden: thank you Rafy
(Walks downstairs to the basement to see James and Susan still handcuffed and asleep so he grabs a bucket and fills it with water and throws it at them)
James: dude what the fuck!?!?
Susan: seriously you bastard
Jaden: the only bastards here are you two, now (picks up a knife) I am going to ask you some questions and if I think you are lying to me... let's just say I'll send Hudson a finger from each of you
James: what do you want to know?
Jaden: what did you guys to do Mia?
Susan: the better question should be what didn't we do (smirks)
(Jaden makes a cut on her arm)
Jaden: this isn't the time for jokes, I want to know what you did to her so tell me now
James: fine would you like to hear about the time we almost drowned her in hot water, or the time I hit her with my belt when she went unconscious or how about the time I took her virginity and then gave her off to my buddies for a few nights in exchange for drugs when she was fourteen
Jaden: you sick mother fuckers! (Grabs a whip and hits them both and then looks at Susan) let me guess you were to much of a bitch to stop him or you just didn't care
Susan: I didn't care as long as we got money from the state and a bottle of pills
Jaden: I am going to make sure Hudson makes your last couple hours a living hell (storms out of the basement and calls nessa)
Phone convo
Nessa: hey babe I just left the office now and I am on my way back what's up?
Jaden: were you able to get a hold of chase?
Nessa: yeah wasn't easy though I had to tell Ryland and Nick first but once they heard our proposition chase agreed to meet at the club tonight
Jaden: tonight!? What are we going to do with Mia she needs to rest
Nessa: she should be okay for a few hours besides Kio and Anthony are staying behind we only need to bring cooper, griffin, josh and Bryce
Jaden: (sighs) fine I am going to get Mia fed and then we can start getting ready
Nessa: okay love see you in a few
Jaden: bye babe

(Jaden walks into the kitchen)
Jaden: Rafy is the pasta ready yet?
Rafy: yes sir here are the bowls (passes him two)
Jaden: thank you
(Leaves the kitchen and starts walking upstairs to see Mia in the room sleeping so he walks over to her and gently shakes her)
Mia: hmm
Jaden: wake up sweetheart you need to eat something
Mia: no (whines)
Jaden: yes I won't make you eat all of it but I want you to at least try
Mia: I am going to throw up again
Jaden: no you won't you'll eat it slowly and we'll go at your pace okay?
Mia: o o okay (sits up)
Mia's pov
Jaden sat next to me and held the fork up to my lips and since I was still in a half asleep state I didn't bother arguing and took the bite, then another and another and another until I had eight bites total and my stomach started to hurt.

Mia: I am full
Jaden: already?
Mia: yeah
Jaden: can you try at least two more bites?
(Mia shakes her head)
Jaden: okay you can finish the rest for dinner (sets the bowl on the nightstand and wraps his arms around Mia)
Mia: w w what are you doing?
Jaden: cuddling you now just rest
Mia: w would ness be okay with this?
Jaden: yeah she won't have a problem
Mia: okay (hesitantly lays her head on his shoulder)
Ten minutes later
Nessa's pov
I just stepped into the house and started walking upstairs since I figured that's where Jaden would be and when I walked into our room I saw the cutest sight. Jaden had his arms wrapped around Mia and she was sleeping on his shoulder, I couldn't help but smile a little because that means she's starting to trust him which is better then nothing. I walked over to Jaden and gave him a kiss.

Jaden: hey baby how long have you been here for?
Nessa: a few minutes, just admiring the view
Jaden: (smiles) is that so?
Nessa: hmm
Jaden: and what did you think?
Nessa: I loved it
Jaden: good
(Nessa takes her shoes off and gets in the bed too and they lay there for a few minutes just enjoying each other's company)
Nessa: I should probably start getting ready
Jaden: okay I'll go after you
Nessa: okay
Nessa's pov
I got up from the bed and walked over to the closet and looked for what I was going to wear tonight and finally picked a hot pink crop top with some matching pants and high heeled boots then went to take a quick shower, after that I blow dried my hair and curled it, did my makeup and finally I was done. When I walked out of the bathroom Mia was already awake so I walked over to her and hugged her, she flinched and then went stiff for a few seconds before relaxing in my arms.

Mia: you look pretty where are you going?
Jaden: nessa and I have some business stuff to take care of so you'll be staying here with Anthony and kio, anything you need or want just ask them (passes her a new iPhone)
Mia: what's this?
Jaden: your new phone it has all of our numbers already in it, call if you need us okay?
Mia: okay thanks...
Jaden: your welcome, now I need to take a quick shower (gets off the bed and walks into the bathroom)
Mia's pov
While Jaden was taking a shower nessa had asked me how my day was and so I told her about it and she reassured me that she had no problem with Jaden and I cuddling. She even agreed to help Jaden show me that touching doesn't always lead to being hurt...Still a foreign concept to wrap my mind around though. Our conversation was interrupted though by Jaden walking out of the bathroom wearing an open white long sleeve shirt that showed off the tattoos he had on his chest and some black pants.

Jaden: ready to go babe?
Nessa: yeah
(Nessa stands up from the bed and Jaden wraps his arms around her waist)
Mia's pov
I couldn't help but stare at the both of them and how well they complimented each other... not only that but they both looked hot. Wait did I just say both of them looked hot? Oh no no I am not attracted to both of them, I can't be right? No of course not they are in a relationship for god's sake Mia get a hold of yourself. The only reason they are taking care of you is because they pity you, yeah that's it's they don't actually care about you.

Jaden: do you want to take a picture it'll last longer (winks at her)
Mia: huh what no (blushes and looks at the sheets)
Nessa: (laughs) remember Kio and Anthony are here if you need, and try to eat something tonight
Jaden: you have the pasta still it's in the microwave and if you don't want that ask Rafy to make something she'll be here too
Mia: okay bye guys
Jaden: bye sweetheart (kisses her on the cheek)
Mia's pov
Ness then kissed me on the cheek and her and Jaden left the house and I just went back to watching degrassi until my eyes felt heavy and I closed them.

Thirty minutes later
Nessa's pov
Jaden and I just got to the club and were walking to the front door where we met up with josh, cooper, Quinton and Bryce along with Julie, Sabrina, Cynthia and Addison and we all walked in together. The first thing we did was order a couple drinks until we spotted chase and his gang walking inside, they spotted us and chase made the gesture to go to the VIP section. When we made it to the VIP section I sat down on Jaden's lap and lit up one of the cigarettes and passed it to him and chase started talking.

Chase: I have to admit hossler when storms told me you had a proposition for me I was intrigued so get on with it
Jaden: you know your clients James and Susan?
Chase: yeah what about them?
Jaden: we ran into a little bit of an issue with them
Chase: what kind of issue? Were you selling to them behind my back because you know the rules your territory is the rich side of LA
Jaden: yeah I know I wasn't selling to them, I came across their foster kid on the streets a few nights ago, and after finding out what those bastards did to her and a little more research we found out that they owe you right?
Chase: yeah they have had debt with me for a while now why?
Jaden: because I have them in my basement but since they are your clients I can let you deal with them
Chase: what's the catch?
Jaden: promise to torture them first (smirks and takes a sip of his drink)
Chase: I think that can be arranged when do you want to give them to me?
Jaden: tomorrow
Chase: okay
Jaden: good I think we are done here
Chase: stay and at least finish your drink it would go to waste if you don't
Bryce: he's got a point
Addison: well you do that I want to go dance what about you guys? (Looks at the girls)
Nessa: I am in
Jaden: (whispers in her ear) be careful
Nessa: hmm (stands up and follows the girls)
Nessa's pov
I was moving my hips to the rhythm of the song and enjoying myself when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and knew it was Jaden with the tattoos on his hands. He was moving his hips with mine and was leaving little kisses on my neck which was an immediate turn on, I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him into a heated kiss. He and I fought for dominance but in the end he won and stopped kissing me and whispered in my ear.

Jaden: want to go the back?
Nessa: you don't even have to ask
(Jaden pulls nessa away from the dance floor and into one of the more private rooms)
Jaden's pov
I locked the door to the room and turned my gaze towards ness who was already pulling her crop top off and was about to take off her pants but I beat her to it and pulled them off her while she pulled off my shirt. She started trailing kisses from my shoulders down to my chest and got to my belt and unbuckled it and I was left in boxers while she still had her black lace lingerie on.

Nessa's pov
Jaden unclamped my bra and laid me down on the bed and brought his lips to mine and started kissing me while his hands traveled to my panties and pulled them off and left a kiss in the process. I let out a moan and tugged on his hair and he groaned but he didn't stop. Three minutes later he was thrusting into me while I had to keep my moans at bay.

Nessa's pov
My legs were shaking as I was pulling my pants back on but I managed and then my boots and last my crop top and turned to look at Jaden who was already dressed and held my hand as we walked out of the room and looked around for the rest of the guys and we found them taking shots.

Jaden: (walks over to them) ness and I are going to head out you coming with or staying?
Addison: I don't want to leave yet (pouts and lays her head on Bryce's shoulder)
Bryce: we are going to stay here for a little longer, you sure you guys want to head out now? It's still early
Jaden: yeah we don't want Mia to be along for too long
Josh: you guys have turned into simps, boring (takes a shot)
Julie: (hits him on the shoulder) I think it's cute
Josh: yeah yeah come on let's go dance babe (grabs her hand)
Julie: we'll see you guys back at the house (starts following josh)
Nessa: (looks at Jaden) ready?
Jaden: yeah
Scene change
Mia's pov
I was in the middle of trying to sleep when I heard a door open and close and then footsteps coming up the stairs and I immediately woke up because my anxiety kicked in. I turned on the lamp and looked around for some sort of weapon in case there was an intruder but as I was looking I heard the door to the bedroom open and I froze.

Mia: please don't hurt me! (Screams)
Jaden: Mia calm down it's just us turn around
Mia: (turns around since her back was turned and looked at them and took a deep breath) you scared me (crosses her arms)
Nessa: sorry baby (hugs her)
Mia: it's okay
Jaden: were you sleeping?
Mia: yeah but I woke up when I heard the door open
Nessa: we are sorry we woke you up and scared you next time we'll try and be quiet about it
Mia: that's even worse then your going to open the door and I'll be asleep and freak out when you come into the room (sits on the bed)
Jaden: would you like us to tell you it's us then when we walk into the house?
Mia: I guess.. just until I am used to everything
Jaden: okay
Nessa: did you eat before you fell asleep?
Mia's pov
Damnit I was hoping to avoid that question, I didn't want to answer it because I knew they wouldn't be happy to know that I skipped dinner but in my defense I wasn't hungry and my body just wanted to sleep... I don't they will see it that way though so instead of answering I looked down and started playing with the sheets until I felt a hand lift my chin up and I was staring at Jaden's crystal blue eyes again.

Jaden: Mia, nessa asked you a question and it's rude not to answer so I am going to ask you and this time I want an answer understand?
Mia: yes...
Jaden: did you eat before you fell asleep?
Mia: no... (looks down again)
Jaden: look at me
(Mia looks up at him)
Jaden: why not?
Mia: I I w w wasn't h hungry
Nessa: (sighs) you know that's not an excuse anymore, griffin told you that you need to at least eat three meals a day
Mia: I know but I am still not used to it
Jaden: you should at least try, I am going to go downstairs and warm up the pasta and after you can go back to sleep
Mia: fine (mumbles)
(Jaden walks downstairs and warms up the pasta and comes back a few minutes later)
Jaden: do you want to do it or do you want me to feed you?
(Mia shrugs her shoulders)
Nessa: verbal answer honey
Mia: y you I am too tired
Jaden: okay
Mia's pov
Jaden sat next to me on the bed and put some pasta on the fork and put it to my lips and did the same thing he did earlier and I ended up eating a quarter of it before my stomach got full and they both decided to let it go because they didn't want to push me. I stood off the bed and was about to walk to my room when a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me onto their lap so I turned around and saw that it was Nessa.
