(Mia whines in her sleep and cuddles close to nessa while Jaden groans and roll over to the nightstand and answers the phone)

Jaden: josh you better have a good reason for calling me at four in the morning
Josh: I do, someone broke into the warehouse and stole half the drugs
Jaden: shit (sits up on the bed) is there security footage on who did it?
Josh: no they blacked out the cameras but kio's trying to get it back since his phone went off with the notice that the warehouse was broken into
Jaden: (stands up and walks to his closet) where the fucking security guards, you know the ones we pay so this shit doesn't happen
Josh: dead by now probably because I haven't heard anything from them
Jaden: okay (throws on a black shirt) get Bryce, Noah, cooper and Quinton and I'll meet you downstairs
Josh: okay
Jaden: I'll be down in five
Josh: got it

Nessa: (opens her eyes as jaden walks out of the closet) is everything okay?
Jaden: no someone broke into the warehouse I have to go check it out
Nessa: do you want me to come with you?
Jaden: no stay with Mia, I'll be back as soon as I can (pecks nessa on the lips)
Nessa: okay be safe, call me if you need too
Jaden: I will (leaves the room and walks downstairs)
Bryce: ready?
Jaden: yeah was Kio able to get anything?
Bryce: no but maybe when we get there we'll see if they left any evidence
Jaden: alright then let's go
(They leave the house and lock it before walking to the car with Jaden driving)
Noah: so how did the date with Mia go?
Jaden: I kissed her
Bryce: damn okay
Noah: how did she take it?
Jaden: I think at first she was a little shocked by it but after she was okay kissed back so I think it's a good start
Josh: was nessa jealous she probably wanted to be the one to kiss her first (jokes)
Jaden: no she wasn't just like I knew she wouldn't, she likes Mia too but we are taking it slow with her poor kid's got a lot of trauma
Quinton: yeah but anyone with two eyes can see that part
Josh: is she starting to trust you guys at least?
Jaden: yeah
Josh: that's a good start then
Jaden's pov
I agreed and kept driving until we got to the warehouse, we each put on masks and got the guns from the truck in case we needed it and parked the car and started walking. The first that we noticed was that four of our security guards were shot dead and laying on the ground, the door was busted open and the windows were also shattered, when we walked inside we noticed not only were half the drugs stolen but the other half was spilled all over the floor so not only do we have to clean this place up but now we have to order a whole new shipment of drugs and our clients are going to have to wait till next week and they aren't going to be happy about that.

Jaden: Bryce call the girls to come over we are going to need help cleaning this, josh look for any evidence those fuckers left behind I want to know who it was that did this and I want to know now
Josh: got it
Noah: what are we going to do about the glass? It's four am and no ones going to come out here to fix it right now
Jaden: cooper can fix it he's good we just have to wait for the store to open so he can buy the glass but till then we are all staying here In case one of them decides to come back
Josh: yo Jaden I think I found something! (Says from the opposite side of the warehouse)
Jaden: what? (Walks over to josh)
Josh: that ( points to a sign that says don't say we didn't warn you give up now or blood will be shed, Dallas)
Jaden: of fucking course looks like Cameron decided to make his first move, call Taylor get him over here
Josh: so we are forming an alliance with Taylor?
Jaden: if we weren't would I be telling you to call him? Dallas is going to pay for breaking into our warehouse, start cleaning this mess in the meantime I need to call nessa
Josh: make up your mind do you want me to start cleaning or do you want me to call Taylor?
Jaden: call Taylor then start cleaning it's not that difficult (pulls out his phone and calls nessa)
Nessa's pov
I didn't bother going back to sleep because I always get the worst anxiety when Jaden is on a mission, or doing something gang related. I know he can take care of himself but I still worry so instead I just grabbed my laptop and started trying to help Kio regain any last footage while Mia was holding onto my waist still sleeping. Not going to lie it was a little difficult trying to type on the laptop and have Mia holding onto me, but she was so peaceful I didn't want to move her so I managed. I was in the middle of typing a code that might allow us to at least see what happened before the camera's blacked out when my phone started ringing and I saw Jaden was calling me so I answered.

Nessa: hey babe everything okay?
Jaden: well half the shipment was stolen while the after half is on the floor, windows are broken and so is the door and dallas has pretty much declared war does that sun it up?
Nessa: yeah pretty much, do you want me to get down there?
Jaden: do you mind? I could use your help, Bryce already called the girls to come can you join them?
Nessa: yeah let me just get ready and I'll be there as soon as I can
Jaden: okay
Nessa's pov
I hung up the phone and looked down at Mia and wondered if I moved her would she wake up? Probably not because the melatonin is still in her system so I softly moved her off of me and then gave her a pillow to cuddle with, and then got up and walked over to the closet. I threw on a black long sleeve shirt with a pair of pants and sneakers and walked downstairs to see Sab, Julia, Cynthia, Addison, Dixie, Addison and Amanda were downstairs ready to go. We got in the car and started driving to the warehouse and when we got there the boys were cleaning up the powered drugs and put them in trash bags, along with the pills that got spilled with broken glass from the jars that were holding them. In conclusion the place was a mess so we started helping the boys and two hours later it was pretty much done and Taylor had just got here.

Taylor: so what happened here?
Jaden: Dallas made his first strike
Taylor: Dallas as in...
Bryce: Cameron Dallas? Have you not heard the rumors?
Taylor: I heard the rumors but I didn't care enough to pay attention because I didn't he actually meant it
Jaden: yeah well it's true and for some odd reason they decided to strike me first
Taylor: I don't think it's that surprising you are number one remember
Jaden: right which is why you would think he wouldn't want to piss me off yet because I am going to get revenge

(Jaden answers the phone)
Jaden: what's up kio?
Kio: I was able to regain a clip from the code ness gave me it's not much but I know who blacked out the cameras
Jaden: who?
Kio: Aaron
Jaden: do you think you can hack into his database and send them a message?
Kio: yeah what do you want me to say?
Jaden: tell them to go back to whatever hole they came from or we'll kill them one by one
Kio: got it (starts typing)
Jaden: alright I'll talk to you later

Scene change (a few hours later)
Mia's pov
I opened my eyes and the first thing I noticed was that I was in the room by myself which was weird because lately Jaden or ness are always with me after I wake up. But they could be downstairs so I got up from the bed, went to the bathroom first and then walked downstairs to see Rafy, griffin and Kio eating breakfast but Jaden and nessa were no where in sight and I haven't exactly spend a lot of time with them besides griffin giving me a check up the first day and a quick hi to Kio. I crossed my arms over my chest out of fear and looked at Rafy.

Rafy: they had to go to work early today, but they told me to make you French toast with some strawberries on the side and to make sure you eat
Mia: I it's okay I am n n not h hungry
Rafy: Jaden said you need to eat
Mia: b but h he's n not h here
Rafy: i know and I am not going to force you but he's not going to be happy when he finds out
Mia's pov
I thought about what Rafy was saying and decided that I could just eat and throw it up after and no one would know so I agreed and sat down at the table furthest from griffin and Kio. A minute later I had a plate with two pieces of French toast, strawberries and whip cream, I sat down at the table and picked up the fork and started eating slowly.

Griffin: how's the cream working?
Mia: g good s some cuts have already healed
Griffin: that's good
Mia: hmm (takes a bite) so what do you guys usually do when no one else is here?
Kio: I am still trying to hack into the system but it's harder than I thought it would be
Griffin: nothing much but we should train for a bit since you took a break yesterday
Mia: do we have too (whines)
Griffin: yeah when you are done eating get dressed and meet me in the backyard
Mia: finee
Mia's pov
Fifteen minutes later I was finished eating and I walked upstairs to my room, I thought about purging but considering I am about to train I need my strength so I'll do it later. Instead I walked over to my closet and chose a yellow crop top with a pair of leggings and put my hair in a high ponytail and walked downstairs to the backyard and saw him in the field... don't tell me more running.

Mia: if you are about to tell me I am going to run I will refuse
Griffin: too bad you can't but before you run we are going to work out and stretch first so you don't pull anything
Mia's pov
I glared at him but decided that I didn't really have much of a choice so I started stretching whole griffin turned the speaker on and played music. I started with rolling my neck to the left and right, then stretched my arms and legs until I felt warm enough.

Griffin: alright give me thirty push ups
Mia: thirty I can't even do one (whines)
Griffin: (looks at her sternly) thirty push ups now
Mia: (mumbles) fine (gets down to the floor and gets into position)
Griffin: that's the position for girls give me a proper push up position
Mia: but that's harder
Griffin: you think your attacker is going to go easy on you?
Mia: no
Griffin: then get into regular position
Mia's pov
I got into a "proper" push up position while mentally cursing at griffin in my head. I managed to do ten push ups and my arms were already burning, my legs were tired and on the eleventh I face planted on the ground.

Griffin: no you're not, you are talking therefore you are alive and stalking get up or I'll make you start all over
Mia: over my dead body (pushes herself back up)
Griffin: good hold it for ten seconds

Griffin: keep complaining and I'll make you hold it for twenty
Mia's pov
Fuck you griffin, fuck you fuck you I pushed myself back up and I finished up the push ups and I laid on my back afterward.

Griffin: good, drink some water and then we are going to do crunches
Mia: that's even worse then push ups
Griffin: what did I say about the complaining I'll double it don't push me
Mia: fine (takes a sip)
Scene change
Bryce: I think that's all of it
Cooper: where did you throw it?
Bryce: the ocean a little outside of LA, no ones going to find it
Cooper: good
Bryce: good job fixing the glass
Cooper: thanks and this time I got propane glass so it's bulletproof
Bryce: why didn't we have that before?
Cooper: (shrugs his shoulders) I don't know
(Jaden walks out of the office with nessa and looks around the warehouse)
Jaden: good job guys I am impressed
Josh: I know looks as if nothing happened
Jaden: yeah who was able to get the cameras set up again?
Taylor: I just bought a new set and installed them
Jaden: and the dead security guards?
Quinton: threw them out near San Francisco so they won't get traced back to us
Jaden: good well everything looks taken care of and we've been here since four in the morning so I think we should just take the rest of the day off
Cynthia: thank god (lays her head on Quinton's shoulder) I am exhausted
Quinton: me too let's go home babe, later guys

Nessa's pov
We said bye to the guys who went in separate cars so the only ones that were with Jaden and I was josh and Julie, Bryce and Addison and Cooper and Sab. Now you would think given the situation that happened there would be some tension between Julie and I and at first there was but eventually both of us got over it and now we are somewhat friends. I laid my head on Jaden's shoulder and he pulled me closer to him and I closed my eyes letting the tiredness I felt take over.

Jaden's pov
We finally pulled up to the house and we got out each of us carrying the girls since they fell asleep. Rafy opened the door for us since and we walked inside, I took ness up to the room and took off the pants she was wearing so she would be more comfortable, then I walked to the bathroom and stripped out of the clothes I was wearing to take a quick shower. Ten minutes later I threw on a pair of gray sweats and was about to lay down, but I wanted to check on Mia first since I haven't seen her so I walked downstairs to where Rafy was.

Jaden: Rafy where's Mia?
Rafy: with griffin probably finishing up her training for the day, you should go rest though you've been up since four and don't forget you have Travis and Kourtney's engagement party tonight
Jaden: (groans) fuck I forgot about that, thanks for reminding me, I am just going to go see Mia and then I'll take a nap wake me up a quarter to seven so we can start getting ready
Rafy: sure no problem
Jaden: thanks
Mia's pov
I was in the middle of my last lap when I saw Jaden walk outside and stand next to griffin watching me as I ran which motivated me to go a little faster just so I can get this over and done with. And finally I reached the end of the lap, I was sweating, my body was aching, and my legs felt like they could collapse any second.

Mia: I don't believe you but okay, (looks at Jaden) hi
Jaden: hey looking good out there
Mia: again I don't think so but okay (shrugs her shoulders) where were you? You weren't here when I woke up..
Jaden: I know ness and I had some business to take care of but it's nothing for you to worry about okay?
Mia: okay if you say so
Jaden: anyways you are coming with Nessa and I to my managers engagement party later
Mia: are you sure? Isn't that kind of like a big thing...
Jaden: you already met him it's Travis remember when we went to his house?
Mia: yeah
Jaden: we are going there but it's more of a celebrity even then a gang one you have nothing to worry about
Mia: what am I supposed to wear?
Jaden: if you want go shopping with Rafy and I'll give you my card buy whatever you want (hands her his card)
Mia: are you sure?
Jaden: yeah
Mia: c can I j just look online and order it to the h house.. I don't want to go anywhere without you guys... w what if they find me or something?
Jaden's pov
I could tell Mia was nervous about going out in public without one of us which made me a little happy because that means she trusts nessa and I. But I don't want her to be scared forever so we'll have to fix that at some point, but for now I am too tired to convince her otherwise so I said that was fine too and gave her my card, then told her we would be upstairs if she needed anything and finally I was in the room and wrapped my arms around nessa and closed my eyes.

Mia's pov
After training with griffin I took a quick shower since I was all sweaty and then changed into a comfortable crop top and sweats then I went to the living room and pulled out the laptop that was there and since I didn't really know any stores I just searched up long sleeve dress because I want something that's going to cover my body. And eventually came across a baby pink long sleeve v neck maxi dress that covered what it needed too so I picked that along with some matching shoes which were silver sandals with a little heel, and paid extra so that it could get to the house in two hours, after I got the dress I pretty much had the rest of the day to myself. Jaden and nessa were sleeping and so was everyone else so I thought I would explore around the house, I already knew about the basement, pool, living room, dining room, and the rest of the backyard but that's about it. So I got up from the table and decided to go upstairs and explore some of the rooms, the first three doors were locked so I left it alone even if I was a little curious, but the fourth door was open and it was just a game room there was a tv, couch, those things you use to play video games, a pool table and a ping pong table then another table with a deck of cards. This room didn't interest me so I left to the next one which was also unlocked and my eyes widened the walls were painted red, there was a bed in the middle of the room and on the wall were all kinds of contraptions including a whip, I was about to close the door when I felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist and close the door, I looked up to see nessa and I felt my heart beat faster.

Nessa: found our playroom, it's okay Jaden and I were going to bring you in here eventually when we thought you were ready
Mia: you were (eyes widened)
Nessa: yeah but not yet you aren't ready
Mia: what do you do in that room?
Nessa: (smirks) you are so innocent it's adorable, you'll find out soon enough until then you should start getting ready we need to leave soon
Mia: o okay I ordered the dress I'll see if it's here (starts walking away and then carefully runs downstairs)
Nessa's pov
I sighed I didn't mean to scare her and I don't think I did I just think she was in shock from seeing the room. Once I made sure Mia was downstairs I locked the playroom and walked back to the bedroom where Jaden was waking up and he saw the look on my face.

Nessa: Mia found the playroom
Jaden: when? Right now?
Nessa: yeah... I think it scared her
Jaden: (sighs) we were going to have to tell her at some point
Nessa: yeah when she trusted us and when we thought she would be ready, what are we going to tell her?
Jaden: we'll talk to her when she comes back in here
Nessa: I think that might be a while, she might try to avoid us
Jaden: she can't avoid us in the limo
Nessa: true
Jaden: come on let's start getting ready if we are late Travis is going to kick my ass
Nessa: good point (starts walking to the closet)

Mia's pov
When I got downstairs I went straight to the front door and saw that my dress was delivered along with the shoes so I picked them up and brought them inside and walked up to my room. I didn't bother taking a shower since I took one already and I wanted to curl my hair so it has to be dry. I turned on the curling iron and waited till it was hot enough and started curling it. Fifteen minutes later I was done, I did a very basic makeup look that I learned from my foster mom when she wanted me to flirt with guys for drugs and the only thing I was thankful for was that it was still a natural look but pretty. Once I finished with the pink lipstick and clear lip gloss I put on the dress and the sandals and decided to go downstairs where Jaden and nessa were waiting. Jaden was wearing a black and white suit while nessa was wearing a lace black dress with sequins and combat boots, once they realized I was standing there they both stared at me and stayed quiet which made me feel a little insecure now that I am right in front of them and was about to cross my arms around my chest when Jaden stopped me.

I hesitated for a second before grabbing her hand and following her out to the limo and Jaden opened the door for us and let us in first before sitting next to me since I was in the middle of them. The first few minutes of the car ride were quiet and I couldn't help let my mind think back to what happened earlier with the red room. Was it because of that? Was nessa mad that I found it? Does Jaden know I know about it? What does he think? Oh no my mind is starting to overthink this I was about to reach for my wrist when I realized I was wearing a long sleeve and Jaden was calling my name which snapped me out of my thoughts.

Jaden: I was just asking how your day was sorry ness and I slept through most of it
Mia: oh it's okay.. I know you woke up early so it's understandable you would be tired

Mia: took a shower and then bought the dress

Mia's pov
He's onto me he knows, of course he knows nessa obviously told him stupid. Was he mad? I couldn't tell with the look on his face which was just normal, sometimes he's easy to read and other times he's impossible to read but I knew he would be expecting an answer and I didn't want my mind to spiral again so I decided to just tell him even if it ends up with me getting hurt for snooping around something that's not my business.

And sure enough ten minutes later we pulled up to the mansion we were at a few days ago. The limo dropped us off and we walked inside the house, there were so many people some I recognized from magazines and TV while others I had no clue who they were. I was able to spot that kid Landon though with a guy standing next to him, he looked a little similar to Jaden he was wearing a black suit too and he had blue eyes then there was a girl standing next to him, she had black hair and was wearing a long off the shoulder dress, she was really pretty. I felt nessa grab my hand and pull me towards another group of people with Jaden leading us in the direction.

(Travis is about to say something when Kourtney walks up to them)

Kourtney: your welcome, Travis and I have to go talk with the photographer but enjoy yourselves
Jaden: okay go do bride and groom stuff (jokes)
(Kourtney and Travis walk away and Landon calls Jaden over)

Jaden: why does he have to be here?
Nessa: because he works with Travis too now deal with it and let's walk over there

Charli: (shakes her head at the boys and looks at nessa and smiles) hi nessa
Nessa: hi Charli (smiles and hugs her)
Charli: and you I don't think we've met, what's your name?

Charli: well it's nice to meet you Mia, are you a little too?

Charli: oh my bad I made a mistake it's just I am a little and sometimes I stutter when I get nervous too plus your dress is pink so I just thought
Mia: oh uh I just stutter when I am nervous or meet new people
Chase: Charli what have I told you about making assumptions about people?
Charli: it's rude.. sorry Mia
Mia: it's okay no worries
Jaden: anyways we are going to say hi to more people so we'll catch you later

Mia's pov
I kept thinking about what Charli said about being a little, I haven't even heard that term before so I don't even know what she was talking about. I guess I could ask Jaden and nessa about it later because right now he's introducing me to another couple Avril Lavigne who's also a singer and modsun who's her boyfriend. Then Colson and Megan fox who were in Landon's gang. The rest of the night was filled with meeting more people and eventually I felt my social anxiety starting to take its toll so we stayed for a few hours and waited till they cut their cake before saying bye and driving home. Five minutes into the drive I felt my eye lids get heavy so I laid my head on Jaden's shoulder and went to sleep.
