•~•Val POV •~•
I ran from the house with my clothes almost flying from my hands, the door was unlocked, thank god, I had forgotten to take my key yesterday. I looked at the clock again it read 10:02 I ran upstairs and hurriedly turned the shower on, I got undressed and jumped in, the scalding water burning my skin but I didn't care, I needed to shower before Lucy got here with Ty! I quickly washed my hair, shaved my legs and used an in-shower moisturiser to make my skin nice and soft. I hopped out, wrapped my body tightly and towel dried my hair with a tee shirt, (I read online that it reduces frizz from when you get out of the shower) I had just pulled my shirt over my head and my pants up my legs when yo doorbell ran four times, I knew it was Ty because he has a sort of OCD with four, like I had with neatness. I hurried downstairs, looked through the peephole, I had seen too much of Criminal Minds not to, when I saw a familiar face and dark hair, I opened up the door widely. Ty welcomed himself in, ran up to his room to probably pack all of his stuff away or to pee, "How many times do I have to tell you, don't run up or down the stairs!" I yelled out to him, one day he'll hurt himself and come complaining to me, I rolled my eyes as he yelled out something that was incomprehensible, Lucy laughed, "He's been needing a bathroom since we left." I nodded understandingly, as we chatted I invited Lucy and her boys inside, for a drink, "Oh, I'm sorry Val, but we can't." She politely declined, "But it was great seeing you, we've got to go, bye Ty!" She ended by yelling out to Ty, hearing a faint, "Goodbye!" back, I smiled and laughed a small laugh, watching them walk across the road.
I was about to close the door when Sass rushed through it, "Hey," I greeted Sass closing the door, after dreamily gazing at my sleek, black motorcycle.
"Sass, I'm going out for a bit, I'm gonna go see Gracie to buy a new lip ring, maybe two, I'll take my baby to Gracie's and Lucas's place. Cya!" I yelled as I opened the garage door (not the roller for thingy, the door that connected the garage to the house) grabbing my helmet that matched my bike. Walking out the front door with my helmet tucked up under my arm.
Pulling the keys about of my pocket and pushing and turning them into the key hole, my bike rumbled to life beneath me. Turning out of my driveway and onto the street, I followed the maze of streets lined with houses until I found the highway, here two days and I've already found the highway, yay!
We'll the easy way anyways, yesterday I took the long way to the mall, I rode the highway so at least I know how to get places, for now at least. Rolling to a stop at a red light I looked at the signs for directions to Gracie's place, well just the street really.
I watched the light switch from red to green, I raced forward, not even hearing the sounds of wolf whistles in my direction, but hearing the beeping horn of Frat boys driving slowly next to me.
Winking at them as I stopped at another red light, repeating what happened at the previous green light, I raced ahead and laughed when their surprised faces followed me in their car.I wish that these Frat boys knew what it's like to chase a girl like me.
