I ignored the noise and continued watching New Moon " FIREWORKS!" Exclaimed Sass, with a childish smile on her face, oh my precious friend, she bounds up the stairs, into my room and looked off my balcony desperately looking at the sky wanting some form of fireworks. I slowly trudged up the stairs after her, while she was looking up at the sky, I looked down at the ground and saw 7 people it seemed as if there was only one woman there, she was carrying out beers for the boys. All but one of the people there had dark hair, the other had bleached blonde hair, they were all laughing at something the blonde had said. Their laughter echoed through the night. "Hmm no fireworks, oh well, I hoped you paused New Moon. If not I get your red liquorice, ALL of it." She threatened and empisized ALL. My fiery red hair flew out behind me like a banner, most people who knew me said my hair was like my personality. Fiery, feisty and wild. I bounded downstairs and dived onto the lounge, crawling as fast as I could over to the TV cannot where my not-so-secret stash of red liquorice. Sass slowly walked over to me trying to get the 5,000,000,000 packets of liquorice off me, each time she got near I would hiss and claw at her like at cat, when she almost got hold of a packet My banshee-like screams pierced the night to get her away. She covered her ears and begged for me to stop screaming, she's know me for almost 5 years and still hasn't learned to leave me and my lollies alone. I smirked cause I knew I had won this little disagreement. "Oh and all of this was for nothing, cause I did pause New Moon." I told her with a smile. After her eardrums had recovered we settled back I the lounge and got one of the packets of liquorice, it was the red liquorice with chocolate in the middle and it tasted like heaven. Si magnifiet. Soon after the packet was clean of any trace of lolly or chocolate left was gone there was a knock at the door.

We looks at each other in confusion, neither of is were expecting anyone, I shrugged. Maybe it was Tys nanny here to drop him off early? I thought to myself. When Sass went to stand, I pushed her back down and stood up myself, if it was the nanny I'd have to pay her for having him for the weekend. "Hey Sara, how was he not to bad? Haha, oh my god sorry, I thought you were my sons nanny!" I apologised to the woman in the threshold of my home, she smiled understandingly and nodded. "It's okay, I thought I heard screaming, me and my husband got worried." I looked at the woman and wondered which one was her husband. "Oh no nothing's wrong, but please come in." I Invited the woman inside and led her to the lounge room "This is my housemate Saskia, but everyone calls her Sass, I'm Valentine but people call me Val." I explained who we are and what we did "We are bar tenders but the bar doubles as a cafe during the day which we are waitresses at." "We'll I'm Mariam Diamond and I'm married to Ronnie Diamond. He lives next door with 5 friends of ours." She explained, she hadn't mentioned any occupation that she might've had. "Who was that screaming earlier?" Marium asked. "Oh, I screamed cause Sass tried to steal my liquorice, no one steals my food." I said in all seriousness. She looked relieved, her phone lit up with a text, her face fell a little. "I'm so sorry, my husband wants me home, by any chance can I have your numbers?" She asked us "Somedays I'm in dire need of a day of shopping and relaxing." Sass and I nodded in sync and we all traded phones to put in everyone's number. We bid each other goodnight, me and Sass went up to our rooms, I couldn't be bothered getting out of my onsie so I stayed how I was. I soon drifted off the sleep, waiting for the day I could shop without Ty. I was in dire need of new jackets, jeans, beanies, aviators and helmet and motorcycle polish. I was soon in the black abyss that was my dreams.

I wish I had more girlfriends.
