A.N. it's obvious that if a stupid person has too much wealth he might end up losing em all in a lottery shop, drinking or maybe gambling or using in the wrong way and then he will have no money left. While a wise person will use it in the right way for the things most needed. Even a small vendor who is wise would use his profits in the right way and save as well, eventually becoming a very rich man someday.
Get wisdom not money, for money lasts for a limited time, wisdom has no ends.
