We need me time!! Sometimes it's ok to not do anything and enjoy with yourself. Calming yourself in an alone time is better than forcing yourself to do everything someone says for your betterment. Coz being depressed often our energy is already spend so much it's more stressful to find and do solutions.

Especially when people lecture you solutions for your problem which you already know but they force you to do it right now at times you can't that's really hurtful and stressful. For example, someone close to me was forcing me to go to psychologist at a time i was highly suicidal. When all i wanted from her was a bit of affection and care or maybe a talk to lighten my mood, all that toxic person was doing was to force her opinions on me which worsened my condition so much i almost killed myself. And when i resisted and wanted to be alone for a while she said "You're too much stubborn". I still haven't come out how bad i felt when she judged me so quickly sad to say she was my closest one in wattpad (i hope u know how bad it feels when this happens)

Never ever force anyone. Give them time.
