"She'll be helpful after the war," Zeus said to Apollo.
"How do you know that Gaea will rise?" Apollo said.
Zeus glares at him. "You are in charge of the Oracle, yes?" Apollo nodded. "Then we'll allow reincarnation. She is the most ancient of all humans, and she is to be born of a god. But who?"
Apollo licked his lips nervously. "Maybe Poseidon would be-"
Thunder crackled. "He has already broken the oath!" Zeus boomed.
"But think! Two demigods of the same blood will be motivated to do so!" Apollo said in reply.
Zeus' eyes darkened like clouds covering the sky. "We will make her a child of all the gods. She was created by all of us."
"But then your gift almost destroyed-"
"You are dismissed Apollo."
Apollo left the room, relieved. That was the last time he spent time with Zeus alone.
