I realized that I didn't give back stories of the new characters that I added like Pandora, Athalia, and Arthur. I'm gonna put the meanings of their names for all of them.

I'll also include the art I made for each of the new characters so you have a better visual of everyone if that helps. I will say I'm not the best artist in the world. It may not be Viria or any of those artists, but it's mine. They will be in three separate chapters.

So in this final chapter, I'll include their back stories to fill in any gaps and holes in the story.

Pandora Arredondo:

Pandora was literally made from the earth, carefully crafted by Hephaestus, which is the reason why she can turn into the earth like snow, dirt, mud, etc. Her name translates to "all-gift," which I find appropriate.

Like the original Pandora, the gods gave her different gifts, but being a god, Zeus gave her curiosity, since gods have the tendency to repeat the past.

She grew up in the Philippines until her grandparent were able to purchase a piece of farmland in Topeka, Kansas. Her mother, Heidi, lived with them because of the poverty level in her city.

Pandora was baptized since the Philippines is a very religious country, even though the gods didn't appreciate it. After the war, she would convert to believing in the Greek and Roman gods alike.

Heidi, her mother, was a Legacy of Demeter, which is the reason why most of their income came from farming. Her mother, Pandora's grandmother, was a demigod, but they never knew that, even her grandmother or Pandora's great grandfather.

Pandora still went to school, which was what most of their money was spent on in hopes that when she grew up, she'd be able to get them out of poverty. Being curious, she often got mugged when she wandered into dark alleys and was often prosecuted for things she never did. Despite these horrible experiences, she kept a journal of what happened to remind herself that she was strong and nothing could stop her.

With moving to Kansas, her mother fell in love with another man. Pandora, being the ignorant child she was, didn't realize that this man was Ares. He favored her above all his children. He taught her everything she knew about weapons, and then lied and said that he was going off to war. He was really there to see how his "little girl" was doing, which was the only thing he ever called her. Her mother told her that he "died in war," and Pandora was heartbroken at the fact that her "stepdad" had never told her his name. Her mother never told her either, and according to her mother, it was to "protect" her.
