I wiggle my way in my small car. I work for the gene bank, which doesn't get that much money cause the government pretty much keeps almost two thirds of it. Gene is a pretty big city, probably because the heart of the The government is here. They say there are only six other cities alive because the rest was destroyed by the infinity war, where china worshipped their leader Kan Un. And they dropped bombs anywhere they could, everyone joined forces to fight back against China. They assassinated Kan Un and obliterated China. But why they started this war is top secret and no one knows why, but I am for sure the government does cause if they didn't China would still be alive today. I pull up to a parking spot and park. When I am inside I am greeted by my best freind Tess that I have know since high school.
"Oh my god girl, how have you been!" She says excitedly.
"depressed." I say very sadly converting into a cry.
"It will be okay, what's wrong?" she says in pity.
I wipe my tears and say "My parents died last night and I have no idea what happened. but I think the government has something to do with it. I just want to know what my parents had to do with the government."
"How do you know It's the government?"
"Because my brother Anix knows exactly how they talk and act, he's worked with them before." She gets distracted by my brothers name and is now daydreaming and blushing. I knew she liked my brother, she kept talking about him over and over again. I wave my hand in front of her face to get her attention and she jumps like she is scared and says "What! What about Anix and the government or whatever?"
"Never mind." I say tiredly and walking off.
