I am confused since I barely know about the war."Who is he" Tess says whispering behind my ear. I ignore her to listen to what he has to say.
"The gene government is a lie, do you think I really bombed all these cities." "They bombed every where they could." It sounds just like what he did to me, turning it around to make himself look friendly. Kan un's citizens didn't worship him, Quil's soldiers obeyed his orders. He wanted leadership for himself and no interference, so he played sudden death. "We were living great with no sighn of war, until nukes destroyed China. Me, my soldiers, and civilians that survived came here to form a rebellion. "So all of you got bombed at once?" Bronx says intrusevely.
"Basically" Kan Un says.
"Oh my God" Bronx says mumbling under his breath. A blonde girl comes out the crowd fully armed still loading bullets into her gun and says "What are you money grubbing low lives doing here!"
"What!" My sister says heatedly.
"You think cause you're from Gene your so wealthy!" She says like she has been there before, honestly I think she's angry about her home and wants revenge, wow...what Quil can do to someone. Savagely my sister runs to her gritting her teeth, Bronx grabs her by the waist and she seems to like it by the way she bites her lip. Alice reaches and swings blindly going nowhere. The blond girl drops her guns and puts her first up ready to fight.
"We barely get that much money because Quil keeps most of it." I say correcting her.
"For you're information" Alice adds.
The girls face turns red with embarrassment and she apologizes. "Sorry, I'm Taylor " with a gentle smile and offers a hand to my sister, she rejects regretting she did and I can tell by her regretful face she is making. I step in reach for her hand and grab it "hi, my names Anix" I say freindly. She nods in a smile and walks away. Kan un offers us armor, cloths,food, and a place too sleep. When we wake he requests me, Bronx, Alice, Tess, Taylor, the girl who greeted us who is named Madison and a guy named Riley.
