I walk in the crispy cool night air of Gene city. Alice is safely at home with her freind Tess, the one that always stares at me weird. I am walking around Gene city to find answers. Answers about the government which I barely know about. All I know is that it runs this city and the other cities that remain intact from the war. The government building Is pretty far away from home but now I'm only a mile away. And here I am, at the governments Capitol . I walk in and everything is polished white and it's weird since the outside is tinted glass. I walk up to the Clerk and before he can say anything I say "I need to see mr Quil Vice please." I say firmly.
"Oh...he's right this way." He answers. We take a elegant elevator and the Clerk pushes the number sixty which is the highest number there is.When we reach the highest point the doors open and there he is...president Quil. He even looks evil, he is wearing all black with his dark brown hair slicked back and his beard evenly cut. A number of guards surround the room they are all in black too, the government soldiers. I walk in slowly and he greets me.
"Oh yes, Anix I've been waiting to see you!"
"You remember me?" I say worried.
"Well of course, one of my soldiers called you, plus you are a former soldier!" He says laughing.
"No jokes, I'm here to find out what happened to my parents." I say eased.
"Oh they they didn't tell you what happened?" He says lightly like he feels bad for me but I know he doesn't."Well they held top secret information from us, that information could have changed everything. So we had them both executed." My heart sinks, to know that the person I wanted to be Is this cruel. I was wrong and Alice was right. I know my parents aren't bad, but how would they have anything to do with the government. Suddenly I am filled with rage I run hard and agile to the closest soldier and flip him. My elbow collides with his face and I take his gun. I shoot ten soldiers dead with remaining five still Alive and when I turn to my right to see a soldier flick a grenade from his armor belt and I run to president Quil's desk and jump on it and before I can get my hand on the trigger, the top building explodes. The ground breaks and I am falling with debris at my side, above me I see Quil falling too and I squeeze the gun trigger and shoot him in the chest right before I hit the ground and blackout.
