Capital policeman step out and start forcing people into their homes. Everyone is now screaming and running, guns go off and innocent people's blood splatters the streets. "I'll get the hover craft, meet me at the top of Gene bank" says Madison worriedly. The rest of us run down Rivuel avenue I turn my back to see if the coast is clear and a Capitol policeman seems to notice me, he fires and the bullet hits directly above my head. I flinch at the sound along with ducking. When I stand I take both pistols from my jacket in each hand and fire shooting three policemen dead. Tess screams and Alice eases her down. We breach the Gene bank and reach the roof to see that the hovercraft has landed. Everyone but me aboards because abruptly Capitol hovercrafts shoot from above. The hovercraft lifts leaving me on the roof, I take the two knives out aiming them at the engines. I hit one engine successfully along with the Capitol hovercraft falling in a blaze of fire. The hovercraft comes back around again but does not land. In my earpiece I hear Madison say "hurry!" I run fast at the edge of the building and jump. I feel the wind clash with my Face along with my stomach dropping from the fear of heights. I grab on to the wing of the hovercraft and I know I can't hold on for long, my hands get slippy. Alice yells my name and says "grab on!" I latch on to her hand and she pulls me up. She hugs me very tightly crying "I thought you were going to die." We stay by each other the rest of the day waiting for another dawn.
