A/n: I'm bored af. My assignments are not helping me with my boredom but instead turning it into stress and anxiety 🥲

Reese's POV

I still can't believe what happened earlier but Callista acted like nothing happened. How does she do that? While I'm here sitting at the corner like lutang.

I can still feel the warmth and softness of her lips on mine. Kung mamamatay man ako bukas, I will gladly accept it...Di joke, I still have my parents who can't live without me.

"Oi! Titig na titig ka nanaman sa kaibigan ko Pfft!" Bulong ni Anna na naupo sa tabi ko. Namula  naman ako. I am not even aware na nakatitig ako sa kanya while she's putting the meat on skewers.

"A-ah..."

"You really do like her so much, don't you? Your eyes glow and your face brightens when you look at her." She commented habang nakatingin din sa kaibigan nya.

"D-do I really look like that?" I think my heart express my feelings through my eyes and facial expression na di kayang maibuka ng bibig ko. Tumango naman si Anna tyaka inabot ang can ng beer at binuksan ito.

"You want some?"

"Ah...I'm not legal to drink yet." Sabi ko.

"Really? How old are you?"

"I'm 17...but I'm turning 18 in 4 months."

"What? All of us here turned 18 already! That sucks, you look much younger and more prettier than me." She pouted at lumagok ng beer nya.

"Well, maybe you make this an exception since it's Callie's birthday naman at lahat tayo ay iinum." Sabi nito at binuksan ang isa pang can tyaka binigay ito sa akin ng biglang hinablot ito ni Jeremy na kakarating lang galing kusina.

"Yah! What are you giving him? He's underaged." Maka-underaged naman to. Well, I don't really like alcohol and I don't think I have tolerance with it...Whatever this underage just received his first kiss from his first crush and first girlfriend.

"Psh! Sometimes I really doubt kung kaibigan mo ba si Reese o anak eh. You act like his father. Geez!" Kunyareng inis na komento niya.

"No I am not. But I am his guardian when he's with me." I also rolled my eyes. Yes, he's my guardian or more like a reporter. He reports everything to my parents buti nalang he spared me nung sinabi kong I didn't do well sa exam.

Pero I don't mind naman, Jeremy is my precious buddy. We've been together since like forever, our parents are also best friends and business partners. They are running restaurants na may mga branches din all over the country. Kaya since mga bata palang magkasama na kami like brothers. Yun nga lang my parents want him to watch me all the time as they are overprotective. As I said before I am my parents miracle baby. Kaya siguro ganun nadin ang trato sa akin ni Jeremy like he's also overprotective and always there when I need him. He's also an only child of Rouse's family.

"Psh! Ok guardian daddy." - Anna

"Then will you be the mommy?" He said grinning. Napatingin naman kaming lahat sa kanilang dalawa.

"Ehem...nangangamoy ligawan ah. Ano? Babalik ba tayo sa city with one of us as a new couple?" -Adrianne

"Huh? Heh? W-what are you a-saying?" Namumulang sabi ni Anna at lumagok ng beer nya.

"Anna girl ang pula mo lasing ka na ata? O kinikilig ka?" Sabi naman ni Lily sabay nakipag apir kay Adrianne at natawa.

"W-what? O-of course not!" Tanggi nito.

Si Jeremy ay nakangisi din at natutuwa sa reaction ni Anna. I'm not sure if he likes her dahil wala din naman syang sinabi sa akin. Pero basi sa mga tingin nya at pangungulit sa bago naming kaibigan ay masasabi kong he is attracted to her. Maybe hindi nya lang na realize yun.
