Reese's POV
"Uhm...d-do you really wanna go i-inside?" I feel like my blood ran dry when Callista dragged me here.
"Why? Are you scared?" She said as if teasing me.
"W-what? Ehem!..No, I'm not. I'm a man so why would I be?" I gathered up my composure and stood up straight.
Dinala nya lang naman ako sa haunted house kung saan may mga actors/actresses being paid to play ghost, zombie, ghouls, et cetera.
I heard her faintly snickers when I acted tough. I just pouted and followed her inside.
Nakakatidig balahibo ang loob ng building, it's dark in here and chilling probably they have the ac on to add for a sinister atmosphere. Even they got candles lit, mostly the hallways are lit by mainly candles and the exit signs that give red illumination.
Callista is walking in front of me without fear or anything, just her usual poker face. While, I walk like a wimp, trembling in fear.
"Kyaaah!" Sigaw at sinuntok ang lalaking zombie.
"Aray!" Dinig kong sabi nito pero di ko na pinansin at natakbo palayo.
Huli na ng marealize kong nawala ko si Callista. Argh! How could I ran just like that? I'm such a weakling and coward!
"Cal?" Tawag ko ngunit wala akong narinig na sagot.
"Huhuhu..." Napapigil hininga ako ng may narinig akong umiiyak.
"Huhuhu..." May babaeng nakaupo sa di kalayuan, nakaitim itong suot na damit while crouching sa daan.
"Uhm...excuse me? Are you ok? A-Are you lost?" Tanong ko at dahan dahang nilapitan. Baka kasi napahiwalay din ito sa kasamahan nya.
"Huhuhu..." Patuloy ito sa pag iyak. Nag squat din ako sa harap nya to see if she's ok ng bigla ako nitong hinablot with her bloody and disfigured face.
"Kyaaaaaaaah!" I could hear my voice echoed tyaka pilit kong binawi ang kamay ko sa kanya.
"Let go of me!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I shrug so much from her grip.
"Reese?!..."
Mas lalo akong napasigaw ng may isa pang humawak sa akin. I can't tell anymore what's going at my surroundings neither I can hear anyone.
"No! No! No!!!!" I continued screaming.
"Reese!" Natahimik ako sa boses na yun. It's Callista. She's standing in front of me trying to calm the freak out of me.
"C-Cal..." I called almost teary eyes.
Napatingin din ako sa babaeng nakaitim kanina, she looks perplexed and shocked sa inakto ko. She's also standing few feet away from me. Eeh?! Since when did she get there?
"Are you ok?" Tanong ni Callista kaya nabalik ang tingin ko sa kanya.
"U-Uh...Y-Yeah." I said as I slowly calming down.
"Tsk. You hand." Sabi nito, nalito naman ako sa sinabi nya. She just sighed at kinuha ang kamay ko at hinawakan lang ito.
"E-Eh?!" Ramdam ko ang init sa pisngi ko sa ginawa nya. She didn't say anything and she just pulled me away from here.
