Chapter 19: MNSOR

Reese's POV

Despite Callista refused our visit, Adrianne still decided for us to go. So, the the whole gang are now in front of her house.

"Ring the bell." Tulak ni Adrianne kay Lily.

"H-Huh? Why me? You go, this is your idea."

"Tsk. C'mon guys, we're not here to argue which one is gonna ring the bell." Anna.

"Right. What are you afraid of anyways?" Jeremy.

"Heh?! Callista never allowed us to come here, that means we are defying the Callista the great, you want to be treated by her bone chilling silent treatment?" Adrianne.

I just watch the four of them argue which one of them is going to ring the bell. Ilang segundo pa at natingin silang lahat sa akin, so I also looked at my back just in case there is someone else behind me.

"What?" I said when I confirmed there is no one. They all grinned and pushed me towards the gate kung saan ang doorbell.

"W-W-Why me?"

"Because I'm almost sure Callista won't be that mad if you're the one to show first." Makahulugang sagot ni Anna. They all gave me this puppy eyes as they are waiting for me to ring the bell.

I sighed deeply, I hope Callista won't kill us for coming here. But, we are just concern about her current state. Especially me, I am the sole reason why she got sick.

We just brought some healthy things for her to eat to help her recover faster. We're just thinking to see her and give these then leave.

"Fine." I rang the bell few times before may sumagot.

"Sino po sila?" I think it's the maid who answer the phone inside and makikita mo din siya sa screen na nakapaskil sa wall ng gate. Ang hi-tech ng bahay nila Callista, I mean expected mo din naman ang security dito since her father is a congress representative.

"U-Uhm...We are Callista's friend, here to visit her. We heard she's sick so we're just worried." I said. Kita ang gulat sa mga mata nito sabay na ngumiti ng malapad.

"Ah sigi, Ija. Sandali lang at pagbubuksan ko kayo ng gate." Sabi nito sabay na pinatay ang telepono.

"Pfft!" -Jeremy

"Bwahahahahaha" Sabay sabay ang mga ito na humagalpak sa tawa.

"S-She pfft..She just called you ija, Reese! Hahaha" Adrianne.

"Haha S-Sorry we don't mean to laugh, but that was funny hahahaha" Anna

"I told you your voice is too timid and soft prolly that's why she mistook you as a girl hahaha" Jeremy. Napanguso naman ako. That's my natural voice tho and I can't change that. Tyaka I'm still under puberty pa naman, although, my hormone works so slow for my physique, voice, and height.

Maya maya pa ay nabukas ang gate and yung matandang nakausap ko kanina ang lumabas.

"Ay ang dami niyo hehe. Pasok kayo mga anak, nasa kwarto si Callista at nagpapahinga. Di yun nalabas simula pa kagabi eh, hinahatidan ko lang ng gamot ang pagkain. Di niya sinabi na pupunta kayo kaya di ako aware sa pagdating niyo." Simula nito while walking us inside.

Is she that unwell?

"Ah Ok lang po. Actually, she told us not to come but nag-aalala kami sa kalagayan niya and we brought something for her." Anna.

"Ganun ba?! Sa totoo nga lang din kayo ang unang nagpakilalang kaibigan nya na pumunta dito. Akala ko tuloy wala syang kaibigan sa school niyo. Natutuwa akong malaman na nakikisalamuha sya sa school at may mga kaibigan. Palaging tahimik lang ang batang yun pero napakabait din. Maupo kayo muna at kukuha ako ng snacks para sa inyo. Nga pala ako si Luz, taga tiwala dito." We all bowed and greeted her back. Mukhang excited sya na makita kami, it's all written all over her face.
