THE ACE

Chapter - 48

"HEY YOU TWO! TELL ME WHY YOU MADE ME HACK INTO THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT FOUR YEARS AGO!"

Namjoon's voice echoed in the living room of the Kims mansion. The smartest Kim didn't want anyone else to eavesdrop into their conversation and so, Seulgi, Junmyeon and himself were in the Kim mansion during the lunch break. The three were seated on the couch while all the other Kims were at school.

Junmyeon got infuriated about how his own brother talked to him in such a rude tone.

Thinking that it was better to not lose his calm because of such a small thing, Junmyeon softly said.

"Namjoon calm down and - ."

Annoyed by how his question was getting sidelined, Namjoon raised his voice and threatened the two in front of him,

"you tell me right the fuck now or else I go to the police and spill all the beans!"

Junmyeon yelled out in frustration and then speed walked over to namjoon , holding his collar roughly and pulling him up.

"says who kid?"

"says the law"
namjoons spat out bitterly.

The two Kim's kept glaring daggers at each other until seulgi clicked her tongue and pulled them away from one other.

"you two stop fighting! and what's wrong in telling him? I mean, after all, he did so much for us back then!"
Voiced out Seulgi, with all her attention directed towards the eldest Kim.

Junmyeon couldn't process the girl's words properly. He looked at her with wide eyes and said,

"Seul what the hell are you saying! more the people get to know about this, the more we will get in trouble!"

Seulgi knew this was coming and so she chose to ignore the eldest and looked at Namjoon who was watching the girl with expectant and desperate eyes.

Seulgi sucked a deep breath in and started speaking while junmyeon turned away and crossed his arms in anger.

"okay so..."

~AT THE ACE HEADQUARTERS~

Hyunjin, Felix and Bambam were watching a video on Hyunjin's phone but all of a sudden the iPhone screen buzzed and a video started playing.

The trio hooted and sprinted to the ACE's cabin.

They barged into the cabin without permission and went over to the ACE themselves.

"Boss, congratulations woohoooo!" the three chorused together.

The ACE covered their ears because of the loud noise created by the trio's deafening voice and said,

"Yah you three! how dare you enter my cabin without permission!"

"Boss scold us for barging in without permission later, you should first see this!"

Hyunjin gave the phone to the ACE and then pressed the play button for the video to start playing.

Seulgi took a deep breath in and started speaking.

"Okay so...
4 years ago, the day we were going to cut off all the ties with the mafia business and smuggling, we got into a very intense incident. While we were returning with all our belongings and bidding our farewell, we were stopped by 5 bulky men. They knew we were from the big 3 and so it was all perfect for them to ask for money. We both gave tough fight to them, luckily, some of our ex-colleagues came and saved us. 4 out of 5 of those men were put off easily, but the last one was the one who made us commit a heinous crime. He threatened us with Soojin and Jisoo's lives. He had some hidden camera and told us that he will shoot them if we didn't give him money. To save both of the girls, Junmyeon shot the man straight in the head. We then took some help to bury the bodies and told you to clear all their names so no one would raise any suspicions."
