"glad, you're back."

"ah y-yes grandma."

"why don't you ask your boyfriend to drop by?"

her grandma glanced at wonwoo on the driver seat. he gave myung a free ride home early in the morning.

"eh? boyfriend?! you're mistaken grandma."

wonwoo didn't catch their conversation since he's far from them. either way, he just smiled and waved goodbye.

"he seems like a nice kid."

"tch. if only you knew grandma."

after the incident, wonwoo kept his promise and never missed any of daehan's class schedule. though he wanted to go out and see myung in person, he chose not to. he's still taking precautionary measures because of what happened in the company. he just watches her from afar whenever he drops daehan to school or takes him home. he doesn't even have the courage to dial her number.

"just call her already daddy."

wonwoo jolted on his seat because of seokmin. he suddenly whispered right to his ears before bursting into laughter.

"wons, don't tell me you're already smitten?! tell us the details or my 50000 won will be in danger."

hoshi nudged his friend's arm. they're still in the conference room after the meeting ended. the two noticed that wonwoo's distracted throughout the whole presentation. it's the first time they saw him like this.

"right! i knew something happened that day back in the office." seokmin wiggled his eyebrows.

"nothing happened you nosy creeps."

wonwoo let out a dry laugh. he loosened his tie as his cheeks are getting hot strangely. hoshi chuckled. he knew his friend more than anyone else.

"you kissed her?!"

the two said in unison. their jaws dropped as wonwoo finally spills the tea.

"i guess, i just got caught in the m-moment?" wonwoo scratched his head. "that girl is really something."

hoshi clapped slowly and stood up. seokmin joined him later, giving their boy a standing ovation.

"the progress.."

"yes, we love the progress."

"i'm getting teary.."

"yah you two. stop that."

wonwoo got embarrassed because of their unstoppable teases.

"but the speed wons! i'm amazed. HA. now seokmin gimme that money."

"did you really just bet on us?!"
"you punks!"

wonwoo strangled the two of them. a WWE arena just rose up in the middle of the conference room once again.
