Dear diary,
It's been a while since I last wrote. I have been over at Jihoon's place almost every day since. It's been a bit of a secret to my parents though, I can't let them know. They'd kill me if they knew I was hanging out with a boy who isn't as wealthy as we are. Maybe that's why I like being with him so much though. He sees me for who I am, not just for my wealth like most others do.
I know it hasn't been long, but I think I might be starting to fall in love with him. I know it's way too soon to say so, but he makes me feel so free. I've never felt so alive in my life. Today he even kissed me when we said goodbye again. It was only a short peck, but it felt as if the world exploded. He always brought me home before the moon was out so my parents wouldn't notice. I know it's bold, but I'm thinking of spending the night at that place. My parents are getting more and more on edge, if things get too bad I'd at least have a place to stay.
Please wish me luck!

Only three more days. Three more days was all they got before the full moon. three days to either try to win her over, or they would have to stay away from her as much as possible the entire month. These three days were the days to decide it all, but no one has really gotten everywhere. Although it was known that Changbin was the one who would officially get the right as the leader to win her over, it wasn't much of a secret the other guys had been trying to grow closer to her too.
Changbin was the one to be the most obvious. Or rather, it was his goal to make it as obvious as he possibly could, not only to Y/N herself, but the other boys as well. Of course he wasn't so stupid that he didn't see the other guys make attempts too. He wasn't exactly head over heels for Y/N just yet, but he knew that she would make a great partner. Though his personal feelings for her were wavering, the thrill and competitiveness definitely drove him into determination to make her his. He'd make breakfast for her every morning, do the smallest things like giving her a compliment about her hair, but long talks wasn't exactly in his comfort zone just yet. Though they were definitely getting closer, and though she really was getting more comfortable with him, the deep talks just weren't there yet.
Jeongin knew exactly what his charming points were, and how to use them. After rereading his mother's diary again bit by bit, he finally seemed to be getting the hang of himself a bit better, putting his emotions in line. Everything to understand the past better so he wouldn't make the same mistake as his father did. Though at first he didn't have much of an interest in Y/N personally, after their conversation he just couldn't get her off his mind anymore. That was why he was trying to do everything to get closer to her, he wasn't going to let the other's win.
Jisung wasn't too sure of himself or his feelings. He just wanted to make sure she would be alright, since the poor thing must have been going through so much. Or well, so he thought. However, the way the others were treating her definitely bothered him. He didn't know why, even finding it annoying, but whenever he saw either of them as little as grazing their fingers over her waist when passing by, he couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Especially with Jeongin, for some reason. He wasn't sure why, but all he knew was that he couldn't let Y/N be taken by someone like him, or any of the others for his part. He just knew they'd hurt her more eventually. If it were him, he would never break her heart.
Chan didn't seem to be doing much, or so the boys thought. He hadn't displayed much affection with the other's around, but whenever the two were alone, he knew just how to get close to her like nothing had happened. He was particularly careful with her feelings, knowing it wasn't the time to mess it all up. Well, that was until the kiss from yesterday. He didn't mean for it to happen, he just so promised himself not to mess with her feelings right now, but he just couldn't hold himself back that moment, or from then onward. The only thing on his mind now was to be able to kiss her more with the sparks flying around them, just like yesterday...

"Y/N, we're going out on patrol to see if the others are planning anything yet. Chan will stay here with you, will you be okay?" Changbin called out fairly late at night. With only four more days left, who knew what the others would be planning. I hummed. "Good luck, stay safe." They all smiled, something however glinstering in their eyes. A weird spark that I couldn't place. I shrugged it off. I was probably overthinking things.
An idea suddenly shot up in my head. If the others would be gone, now would be the perfect time to ask Chan about the past. If he did know something, and if we could figure it out together, for all I know we could be out of here today. I didn't want to get my hopes up, but it would obviously be nice. As soon as the door closed and everyone left, Chan and my eyes met, making me gulp. No, Y/N, now wasn't the time for this. I know I wanted everything to go back to the way they were, to be happy with Chan again, out of this place, but right now I couldn't let my feelings mess this up.
I had to gather intel, and quick, before everything was going to change.
