Guardians of the galaxy- Vol 2 - Rocket X Reader

Part 14

Y/N, Rocket and Groot are amazed as the ship thrusts forward, away from the explosions. Kraglin keys into a jump point ahead. Nearby, Rocket pulls up the Navigation panel.
"Where to, Cap'n?" Kraglin ask as Rocket sets the destination "Ego" he says "NO, BOY!"
Yondu screams as The Quadrant trembles as they hit the jump point making It bloop out of present space, making the jump to through different areas with different aliens, some battle and some just sat and watch the Quadrant went by.
Inside the ship, Rocket, Y/N, Yondu, Kraglin, and baby Groot hold on for dear life as the ship violently shakes and the locations outside rapidly chafe outside the window, Their bodies Move and change slightly. Yondu furious
"It ain't healthy for a mammalian body to hop over fifty jumps at a time."
"I know that." Rocket says making Y/N look at him "We're about to do seven-hundred." Y/N says making Rocket look bummed. The Quadrant pops out of a jump point into this Pepto Bismol pink land, smadhing through an amoeba like blob and then
through the next jump point.

Kraglin, Y/N, Yondu, Rocket, and Groot all scream as their entire faces and bodies distorting as if they are in a funhouse mirror.

After a few more jumps. Getting to their destination, Y/N, Yondu, Kraglin, Rocket and Groot fall out of their seats, clutching their stomachs as Groot throws up, smiling mating Y/N gag.
"What the hell you doing, boy?!" Yondu yells. Looking at Rocket
"I could tell by how you talked about him - this Ego is bad news. We're here to save Quill."
"For what? For 'honor'? For 'love'?"
"No! I don't care about those things!" Y/N looks at Rocket, heartbroken and Yondu squints his eyes at Rocket as he continues to speak.
"I want to save Quill so I can prove I'm better than him! I can lord this over him forever!"
Yondu laughs bitterly as he pulls himself up to the controls. Rocket yanks himself up beside him.
"What are you laughing at me for?!"
"You can fool yourself and everyone else but you can't fool me. I know who you are." "You don't know anything about me, loser." Rocket growls
"I know everything about you. I know you play like the meanest and the hardest 'cause you actually the most scared of all."
Y/N looks over at Rocket due to Yondu's words, making Rocket feel uncomfortable. "Shut up."

Yondu: "I know you steal batteries you don't need and you push away anyone who's willing to put up with you, like you do to Y/N 'cause just a little bit of love reminds you how big and empty that hole inside you actually is!"
Rocket: "I said, shut up."
Yondu: "I know the scientists what made you never gave a rat's ass about you -"
Rocket: "I'm serious, dude!"
Yondu: "Just like my own damn parents, who sold me" he puts his hands on his chest "their own little baby,into slavery! I know who you are, boy, because you're me."

They stare at each other there, like a mirror finally fixing itself. Rocket sighs "What kind of pair are we?" He ask Yondu "The kind that's about to go fight a planet I reckon." "All right, okay, that's-" Rocket pause as Y/N step forward "Wait. Fight a what?" Y/N ask
"A planet" Yondu said, as Y/N follows him.

"Y/N can we talk?" Rocket said, she turn to him and kiss his cheek "in a bit, we gotta save Quill" Rocket nods following Yondu and someone grabs
Y/N's shoulder, she turn to Kraglin
"Y/N..." "yeah?" "Quill is just like Hydra..... thanks to her... I was able to get back to Yondu"
She smiles, hugging him.
"Thanks" he mumble as Y/N let go and followed them.

( Kraglin and Quil forgot what happen to Y/N because it's not as traumatizing to them as it was to the group. )
