Ok, I've made it to the train. I am on the train now, no need to worry. With a sigh of relief I shuffled down in my seat, stuffing a jumper behind my head and closed my eyes to begin planning what I would do when I got there. Everyone will have made friends by now, they'll have their own groups, their own friends. Where on earth would I fit in? I continued to worry, chewing the inside of cheek with anxiety. Then, I remembered there was another new girl in our year group. I didn't know much about her, only that she just left Beauxbatons as her father was apparently 'involved' with one of the teachers. That's why she had to leave. I couldn't quite remember her name; Ellie? Ella? Evie? Definitely an 'E' name. Anyway, I decided that she is who I would befriend first, fingers crossed she's nice !

I must have been more exhausted than I thought: I fell asleep and stayed asleep through almost the whole journey! I was woken by a tapping on the window of the little section I was in.
"Helloooo?" I heard from the isle. I sat up and slid open the door. It was a rather round woman, about 45, 50 years old. She smelt of pumpkins and icing sugar.
"Anything from the cart my dear?" She said. She had a loud but comforting voice.
"Uh, yes please" I took a quick scan of the cart. There was a colourful array of snacks and various other delicious looking but odd sweet things. I decided to play it safe and choose something I've had many times before, a chocolate frog.
"Thank you!"
"Of course, dear!" She respectfully closed my door and bustled away.

I opened up the packet and inhaled the familiar scent. It made me think of my grandfather immediately: he'd always bring me back one when he went out. I did miss him but I knew he'd be proud of me for getting here by myself. I took an accomplished deep breath and chomped into the sweet chocolate, resting my head back on my jumper and drifting in and out of daydreams for the rest of the journey.
