Team Sonic consisting of Sonic,Tails and Knuckles were still making their way towards Whale Island by taking the stone-made road they were running along at fast speed. They were then persuaded by a squadron of Flappers with green ones firing their cannons at them while red ones used their claws to carry an Egg Pawn from underneath who fired their bazookas and guns at the heroes.
Sonic: They don’t give a guy a break, huh?
Tails: Leave those robots to me. I’ll give them something in return.
Tails then takes flight into the air by spinning his tails and positioning them to the side like a jet while facing at the squadron of Badniks chasing after him and his teammates.
As Tails flies in a backwards position while facing the horde of enemies, he then takes out a few of his Dummy Rings as he then throws a lot them away at the Badniks which make contact with a few; stopping them in their tracks with an electric shock which short-circuits them as they deactivate and fall by landing had on the stone path breaking into pieces or into ocean below and sink. Some of the remaining enemies fire back at Tails with their weapons, but miss after the young fox dodges them with effort as he regroups with his teammates. The rockets from the Egg Pawn’s bazookas in fact soon hit tall rocky pillars sticking out of sea water close alongside the stone path as the impact and explosion has caused them to start falling down into pieces of rock.
