Team Dark explores the depths of the jungle to pursue Eggman and make him answer for the Shadow Android. overtime as the teams explore Team Sonic and Team Dark escapes the Lost Jungle with giant alligators that chomps its way to the team chasing them. Team Sonic and Team Dark swing on the ivy swings and jump to another until they land on a ledge. Team Rose escape the jungle to stop the Egg Fleet and impress Sonic. Team Chaotix is tasked to rescue a few Chao.

The Chaotix and Team Rose run into each other in Frog Forest.
Vector: Excuse me, Miss. I was wondering if I could ask you something.Amy: If it's about a date, it'll have to wait!
Vector: A DATE?! You think this is a joke, you little brat?
Espio: Now hand over that Chao, nice and easy...
Cream, slightly unnerved, hugs Cheese protectively.
Cream: I betcha you're the ones who took Chocola-Chao.

Charmy anticipates an epic battle and becomes excited.

Team Sonic are exploring Frog Forest while Team Dark are standing on a ledge above them. Shadow catches sight of the team.
Shadow: Look, it's that hedgehog...
Rouge: Wonder what the big rush is all about? Betcha those guys will end up getting in my way and making trouble.
Knuckles notices Team Dark above them.
Knuckles: Hey, isn't that...
Tails: Sonic!
Sonic: Heh. Talk about being stubborn and full of surprises...
Rouge: Long time no see, boys! Too bad you had to come all this way for nothing! We'll take it from here.
Knuckles: What'd you say?
Omega: Sensors locked on Eggman. Non-compliant intruders will be destroyed.
Sonic: Hmm, didn't you know? We have a date with Eggman, too.

Sonic and Shadow spring into a battle but before they could fight each other a Banished Lich appeared above them and everyone looked up above them.
