Humans, they are, a unique species compared to others in the galaxy. Holding just as many exquisite qualities that are worth praising as damning. They are eager to learn, they are quick to action, they strive for success in all endeavors regardless of difficulty. However, it the humans uncanny ability to forge bonds with other sentiment being that is there greatest strength.
Whether formed out of respect or love, the bonds created by humans have so often played a pivotal role in the shaping of galactic events. Yet, it is by those very same emotions which gives these bonds strength, but also give it shatterpoints. While the Force, the Chaos Force and deities like Primus encompasses all living beings like the Jedi, the Sith, the Guardians and Cybertronians they can't fully comprehend their perspective gods will. Those who cannot discern the truths of the Force, Chaos Force, or Primus are clouded by a sheet of gray uncertainty.

The Imperial Science Bureau, also known as the Imperial Science Department and the Imperial Science Division, is a scientific organization of the Galactic Empire dedicated to the study and research of weapons and developing new inventions for the Galactic Empire. It was formerly known as the Grand Republic Medical Facility or simply as the Grand Medical Facility. Since the Republic turned into the Empire it is known as the Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center, being commonly referred to as the EmPal SuRecon Center. It was an imposing spire that dominated its particular stretch of the Galactic City-later Imperial City-skyline.

Second Death Star
Before Luke and Leia boarded the second Death Star Joseph boards the massive space station first fighting to the Throne Room of the Emperor. When the Grand General gets to the throne room Palpatine is seen, sitting in his armed chair with a Mobian standing next to him. He had white fur, peach skin, yellow eyes with black sclera, Warp Rings, black cape, black gauntlets and boots, Purple glasses. He also had on a black belt with the image of a crescent and bandages
Joseph raises his heavy blaster pistol at Palpatine.
