I wonder what is the feeling of being loved by the person you love. It may feel wonderful and warm.
I smiled at the thought of being loved back by my lover. I shook off that idea because I know, it is impossible to happen.
I look infront of me where my chilhood bestfriend is laying her head down on the table that divides us inside the train, heading to the next city.
We'll go buy some books for our studies that aren't available on our city's bookstore.
" Goodness! Can't this train run faster? " she complained for the nth time.
She raised her self up, making her away from the table where she lay her head down a while ago. She pouted her lips like a child, and scrunched her nose, making her look cute.
Her red lips kept pouted as well as her nose scrunched, she put her hands on her blushing cheeks and look at my eyes.
" Let's play the game we always play when we're bored! " here she goes again.
I chuckled for what she said and look outside the window.
" It's you who's bored not me. Play alone " she tapped her hands softly at the table to get my attention and look at her.
" Oh come on, Graze! Please? " she showed her sparkling eyes, begging me to play with the game.
I sighed defeated. I may hate the game, but I can't decline her.
I hate the game we always play because it made me fall deeper for her. Yes, she's the love of my life, the love I wish to love me back.
The game is we need to mumble some pick up lines with each other. Her sweet words play well and it can make my heart thump. She's the one who invented the game because she said it could gain her for her hobby, which is writing some romance books.
" Yes! Then I'll start " she giggled.
I am a grumpy person but if she's the onewith me, I can't stop smiling like a fool. She cough a bit before speaking and made her face look serious.
I acknowledged her natural beauty, I like her personality, I love her for how kind is she. And the game she made, made me fall deeper for her.
" I don't know what love is until I met you. " she smirked.
I remained my serious face. The one who will give a reaction aside from being serious lose. Damn! This is hard.
Seconds later when she saw I did not give a damn emotion of what she said, she pouted.
" If we will marry, I will not say ' Til death do us apart ' on my vow, because baby, no one can stop me from loving you. Even death, or anything that scares you, name it. My love will not flinch from it, I'll continue loving you " she look at me intently.
She bit the insides of her cheek, her forehead creased and her brows formed like a two moutains ready to collide with each other. I smirk because I know she's the verge of smiling.
Just a little push and she'll lose this game. The consequences of losing this game is the loser need to say a big secret to the winner. So far, no one wins in our game, we are always got interrupted by other people.
" My brain thought of you as a friend, but my heart thought you more than that. " she even wink.
Damn I'll lose this. My heart beats louder that I can hear my own pulse on my temple. I avoided her gaze for a bit to lool at the peaceful see. When she saw me looking outside, she look at it too. Her eyes pinned on the sea. She looks fascinated at the scenery of the sea, while I look at her with fascinated eyes, because of her beauty.
" If outside the window is the sea, inside my heart is you, and my heart begs yours to lock me. " those just came out of my mouth.
She look at me keeping her self to form a smile.
" Your heart don't need to beg for me to lock you up inside. Baby, you've stayed here for long time already and not just in my heart but also in my mind. " fuck, I lose it.
I smiled. See, how she make me like a fool for smiling.
" Damn, you win. " I uttered.
" Those words I said. I mean it. Not just for the game " she whispered.
My eyes widened as I try to catch her avoiding stare. I held her hand with my one hand and the other one held her chin to make her look at me.
" Did I hear it right? Tell me you're not lying " I can't hide my happiness.
She nodded and blushed more. I chuckled looking at her as she blush then pouted.
Damn! I may lose the game but I win her heart. I think I owe the sea for it.
