47. No reason

Author's POV.

As Jimin was busy being sad about Suga not being able to play the MC started to speak again pulling the boy's attention towards the field once again.

"Now let's welcome the students of The Seoul School of Wizardry!!!" All the students were screaming their lungs out. It felt like it was a k-pop concert to the freshers, they didn't know who were the players yet but were still very excited. I mean who won't be it's their school we're talking about.

"Players! Please join us on the field.
We now welcome,
Kai!!!

Chanyeol!!!

Chris wu!!!

Soobin!!!

And the captain Chan!!!" The MC said and the crowd went crazy. Jimin felt very bad that Yoongi's place was taken by someone else. He looked down at his lap with a pout.
After a good minute of the crowd cheering and screaming, it was all quite. Nothing could be heard. Jimin was confused so he tilted his head to look at Jin. "Hyu-"

"Oh my Jesus! Don't tell me-" Hoseok couldn't complete. Jungkook and Jin jumped off their seats and started screaming.
Jimin frowned and that was when he realised it. His eyes widened as he looked at the field.

"Suga hyu-"

The crowd was on fire once again.
The MC tried to calm the students but was not successful. Jimin was staring at Yoongi when a running Bogum joined them.
"He did it guys!!" He breathed heavily.

"He did what???" Jimin asked eyes still wide open.

"He got out of the spell." Bogum smiled as he sat on the seat next to Hoseok and threw his head back.

"What!? Really!?!" Jin almost screamed. "Oh my god! It's such a good news." He smiled ear to ear.

Namjoon nodded. "That's really the best news. Now he'll not be someone else." He side hugged Jin. But Jin pushed his hands away as they were among a lot of people.

"Wow! I can't believe Yoongs will be hanging out with me from today!! I can finally drink with that cat!" Hoseok laughed clapping his hands.

"Oh I never knew Yoongi hyung drinks. But anyways I'm so happy that he is fine now." Taehyung showed his boxy smile.

"I know right." Jin spoke. "Now everything will go back to normal."

"Yeah. I guess so. Never knew he'll forget us so soon. But congratulations hyungs. Your friend is back to normal." Jungkook gave a weak smile. And that's when everyone realised that Jimin never said a word.

All the smiles on their faces disappeared in less than a second as they saw Rose.

She was walking behind Yoongi with her makeup smudged, lipstick all around her mouth and messy hair. She was fixing her skirt while walking towards the seats. And everyone could notice the first two buttons of her shirt broken.

Jimin's POV.

I wish my Suga hyung could also play. Namjoon hyung said that he was the captain before. Ugh. If it was not that stupid spell. He could have joined-

Why is everyone so silent all of a sudden?? I looked at Jin hyung and the next thing I heard was Jungkook and Hoseok hyung screaming.

I didn't want to look at the field. Although it made me happy that he would be playing but the first thing that hit my mind was him getting out of the spell. My head wanted to scream and cheer for him. But my heart didn't allow me to.

I love him. Much more than anyone on this planet can wonder.
Maybe it'll hurt me, or maybe it'll hurt him but all I wish for at this moment is for the spell to not get over yet. I won't be able to live even for a minute if he will not be by my side.

I was strong before. But now? After accepting him with all my heart. No! I can't live without him. Not after spending days and nights in his arms.

I directly pulled out that pendant out of my pocket.
It-its not glowing anymore. I can hear hyungs and Tae saying how happy they're that my Suga hyung was back to normal.

I just looked at the pendant in my hand seeing it's beautiful blue colour disappearing second by second. As the crowd went louder my heart sank deeper. I want to scream but not with joy anymore.

"Yeah. I guess so. Never knew he'll forget us so soon. But congratulations hyungs. Your friend is back to normal." As soon as Jungkook's words brushed my ears my eyes started leaking pure liquid of sorrow.

The pendant that once glowed representing the love that he had for me is now just a simple necklace with some useless liquid in it.

"Jimin~~" I heard Jin hyung call my name.

Author's POV.

Jimin closed his eyes taking a deep breath.
"Chim! You okay??" Taehyung asked looking at the boy.
Jimin didn't say a word. He just sat there holding the pendant tightly with his eyes shut.

"Jimin-shi?"
This was enough. Jimin couldn't hold it anymore. He stood up from his seat and disappeared into the air. (Teleport lol)

He just came back with his ex.... there's no reason for me to stay here.

There's no need of me here.
