Dreams Can Lead To Awkward Situations :/ (Kaidou X Kuboyasu)

(Its a lil short sorry ;-; I just wanted to get it out cause I've kept you waiting for so long 😭😭)

"Are you okay now? Or do you want to watch a movie and cuddle until dinner?" Kuboyasu suggested while turning to grab the remote for his TV. Kaidou just nodded and got comfortable on Kuboyasu's bed. "Is Coraline okay? It's one of my favourites." Aren asked smiling at Kaidou. Shun nodded and smiled back. Aren lied down on his bed as Kaidou clung to him like he was going to leave. Kuboyasu started rubbing Kaidou's back and running his fingers through Shun's hair in hopes it would calm him down.

Halfway through the movie Arens mother called them down for dinner. As Kaidou sat down at the table he thanked Arens mum tremendously for taking him in on such short notice. "It's totally okay Kaidou! It doesn't bother me one bit that you stay here. Again it'd be nice to know a bit ahead of time but I understand your circumstances." Aren mum said while smiling at the shorter boy. Kaidou nodded and thanked her for the food before starting to eat.

After dinner, Kaidou and Kuboyasu went back upstairs and finished their movie. "Is there anything else you wanna watch?" Kuboyasu said suddenly, making Kaidou flinch. Kaidou shook his head and looked into Arens eyes. Aren smiled and slowly started leaning toward Kaidou. Kaidou closed his eyes as he felt Kuboyasu's lips press against his. All Kaidou could think about was how soft Arens lips were against his own. He felt Aren shift and then a hand cup his face, as well as a hand grab his own. All of this was starting to overwhelm Shun and he felt a tear roll down his cheek. As soon as Aren felt the tear, he pulled away to look at Shun.

"Hey are you okay? What's wrong? Why are you crying? What's the matter?" Kuboyasu said grabbing both of Kaidou's hands, rubbing small circles on his thumb nuckle. Kaidous breath hitched uncomfortably as he tried to speak. "N-nothing, I'm just a l-little overwhelmed is all." Kuboyasu smiled and pulled Kaidou in for a hug. The two stayed like that for about 5 minutes until Kaidou shifted, making Kuboyasu let him go. "I'm getting a little tired, if that's okay." Kaidou said quietly to Kuboyasu as he held Kaidou's hand. Kuboyasu nodded, "of course Shun! Go to sleep! You've had a long day, get some sleep. If you need anything, don't be scared to let me know. I really don't care if you wake me up either."

Kaidou smiled while sniffling and hummed in response as he got into the bed. Aren went on his phone as he wasn't tired yet as Kaidou started falling asleep. About 30 minutes after Kaidou had turned over to sleep, Kuboyasu heard him groan and whimper in his sleep. This time though it sounded like he was in pain so Kuboyasu started rubbing Kaidou's back, which seemed to calm him down a bit. Kuboyasu put his phone on charge an hour later and went to cuddle next to Kaidou as he felt himself start to drift to sleep.

Kaidou could only sit on the couch and stare at his mother as she yelled at him for talking to Aren after she had said for him not to see him again.  He started to whimper softly as he felt tears welling up in his eyes. As soon as he felt like his tears were going to spill, his mother disappeared and he felt himself be surrounded in warmth. Everything went quiet as he saw Aren infront of him. He reached out to take Arens hands who took Shun into his arms and held him for a while. Kaidou pressed his body against Kuboyasu's and started tearing up again. He felt a tear roll down his cheek as he looked into Aren's eyes. Aren quickly wiped the tear from his face and kissed his cheek gently.
