Katherine surprises Joe in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She books them a place away from where the group is staying at. She sneaks in to the show without Joe knowing and she watches her love from so far away. He's amazing and so beautiful on stage. She thinks he may be the most handsome man she's ever seen.

Her eyes drift to Jordan from time to time. Especially when it's just him on stage singing Baby I Believe in You. But the bad memories always come back to mind and make her look away. She's over whatever it was she used to feel for Jordan.

Katherine called ahead and spoke to Jon, she trusted Jon to keep her secret from everyone, including Joe. Jon set up a car to pick Joe up from the venue separately than the other guys. "Jon why are we taking a different car? I just want to get back to the hotel so I can call Kate."

"Joe you can go out with me one night. We never get to hang out just the two of us. I wanted us to catch up. You haven't told me about your new house or how you and Katherine are doing. Just hang out with me for an hour."

Joe can never say no to Jon. He never asks Joe for anything and if he's asking him for this then he must really want to talk to him. "Yeah of course Jon."

Jon and Joe head downstairs to the private parking garage. "Hey that's our car over there, I forgot something upstairs, get in the car and tell the driver I'll be right back."

"Okay. But hurry up, I'm starving."

Joe opens the back door and he can't believe his eyes. "Oh my God Kate!! What are you doing here? Nevermind, forget I even asked that." Joe gets in the car and pulls her onto his lap. "Oh baby it's so good to see you here right now. You have no idea how badly I needed this." He takes her face in his hands and kisses her deeply. He feels his whole body relax. "God, Kate I love you so much. How did you know I needed to see your beautiful face and kiss your sexy lips right now. I didn't know how I was going to get through the rest of this tour without seeing you."

Joe goes on and on like this without even realizing they left the venue. After making out in the backseat of the Town Car for over an hour, Joe's ready to get her out of her clothes. He finally looks out the window. "Where the hell are we going?"

"I rented us a place in Kalamazoo. Its just you and I tonight. And then tomorrow night after the show."

Joe sits up excitedly. "You're here for two nights? I get to spend two nights with my favorite girl?"

She rolls her eyes at his use of their song. "I'm actually going to be in Saginaw too. We actually have five nights together. I'm with you until you have to go to Germany."

"Are you serious? Are you coming to any shows? You can hang out backstage before I go on stage. We could mess around when I'm not on stage. I can think of so many things I'd like to do to you in my dressing room."

Katherine was afraid he'd ask this. She doesn't want to go to the venue again. She doesn't want to see or speak to Jordan. But how does she tell Joe this without raising any suspicion? She knows she can't, but she'll do her best.

"Listen babe, I don't want to come to the venue, unless we can be all alone. I'm not interested in seeing anyone else, just you. Well maybe Jon and Donnie and Danny."

Joe gives her a hard look. "So everyone except Jordan? Why? What did he do? Did he do or say something to you?" She can see he's getting angry so she turns him so she can straddle his lap.

"No Joey, it's nothing like that. We just had an argument and I'm not talking to him. I don't think I want to be his friend anymore. It's what's best for me. Let's just leave it at that please." Joe's not going to argue with her about being friends with Jordan, he thinks it's for the best too. He'd never say that to her, but it's how he feels.

"I'm not sure I'd be able to get a private dressing room babe. So if I have to wait until after the show to see you each night I'm okay with that too. All that matters to me is seeing you. I have a day off between Kalamazoo and Saginaw. We can go out and do something fun together. Or we can stay in and do something even more fun. Kate I'm just happy we get a few days together."

When they pull up to the little cabin Katherine rented for them in Kalamazoo Joe's at a loss of words. It's secluded and perfect. "Oh Kate this is so amazing. How long have you even planning this?"

"Since the day you left." She says as she gets out of the car. Joe quickly follows her. The driver gets their bags out of the trunk and carries them to the door of the cabin.

"Miss Spencer, I'll be down the road if you guys should need anything. You've got the number. I'll be back to pick you up tomorrow at two sharp Mr. McIntyre. The kitchen is stocked with everything you requested Miss Spencer. Have a good night."

"Thank you Mr. Jacobs, for all your help and discretion. We'll see you tomorrow."

Joe's in awe of his Kate. She arranged everything so they could spend time together before he had to go back to Europe. He's so lucky and he knows it. This girl is more than he could ever have hoped for. "God I love you girl."

"Well I should hope so. I mean I went to a lot of trouble to put this together for you. For us." She smiles sweetly at him. "Now take me inside and make love to me Joseph."

Joe opens the door and sweeps her up into his arms. He carries her into the cabin and straight to the king size bed. "As you wish my love."

Joe wakes up very early the next morning to the smell of bacon and coffee. And when he opens his eyes he's greeted by the site of his beautiful Kate wearing his shirt from the night before and nothing else.

Joe gets out of bed and serenades Katherine with All the Way by Frank Sinatra. She loves it when he sings to just her, especially when he sings Frank. What she doesn't seem to understand yet is he's always singing just to her, even when she's not there. Its all for her. Joe lost his heart and his soul to this girl a long time ago.

"Good morning, blue eyes."

He kisses her then keeps singing.

They can't keep their eyes off each other over breakfast. Little smiles and winks and giggles. "Kate I can't wait to marry you."
