CHAPTER 1: THE MONSTER I BECAME AND THE MONSTER I BEFRIENDED

Jesse: ".........."

*Jesse tries to wake up, mildly confused that he seems to have woken up before his alarm woke him up for once, but most definitely confused by the sound of wildlife and wind in his ears.*

Jesse: "......Hmmm...?"

*Jesse opened his eyes slowly, still too tired to be aware of the fact that he is not in his bed where he went to sleep last night. Above him, he sees the leaves of a tree and remains confused.*

Jesse: "Huh?"

*Jesse jumps up realising he is not at home in panic. He realises he has hair in his eyes and tries to push it to the side but it keeps falling back perfectly into place. He tries to look around to see if he is familiar with his surroundings or not, but quickly realises he has no idea where he is. As he sits up, he begins to wake up fully, and panic begins to set in.*

Jesse: "WHERE THe... uhhh...."

*Despite being in shock, Jesse notices that his own voice sounds a lot higher than it once was the day before, in fact, he is quite stunned by the fact that he sounds identical to how a girl would sound. Jesse then began making small sounds out of disbelief to make sure he wasn't just hearing things*

Jesse: "eeehhhhhhhh aah?...?!?"

*Jesse hears the sound of his own voice again in shock, realising that the feminine tone is actually his own voice. In shock from hearing this, and also being confused as to what is going on, he quickly places his hands over his mouth, forgetting the fact that he doesn't know where he is. As he does this, his heart stops temporarily in even more shock as he looks to his hands and notices that his arms are all white and he has no fingers. He then investigates the rest of his new body in panic.*

Jesse: "What is going on oh my god what happened to meeee!"

*Jesse now physically shaking from shock walks backwards and backs himself up against a tree, before he could touch the tree he noticed he tripped up on something, which he investigated to be something fluffy attached to his body that seemed to cover his feet*

Jesse: "Ok calm down calm down this is just a dream just calm down you will wake up from this momentarily."

*Jesse manages to calm for the time being, but continues to shake in fear. He has no idea what he has become nor where he is nor why he sounds the way he does. He remains silent for a short moment... Until...*

Jesse: "...... aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

*Jesse shrieks in terror at the sight of himself and the realisation that this was not a dream, he shrieks so hard that he throws up when doing so. As he shrieks, he doesn't notice it, but the sound of his voice was so loud that an echo could be heard all across the forest he was in. Bird-like creatures flew away from the area from the trees and the sound waves were so powerful that they were actually visible.*

Jesse: "Okay funny wish granting power I don't like this anymore I want to go back I want to go back I want to go back I want to go back please take me back home I'm scared."

*Jesse began rocking back and forth on the ground, trying to grab his knees but with the lack of fingers only was able to wrap his new arms around his legs instead to rock. Jesse began to cry, this crying fit that he had was the most emotional he had ever been in his life, but given the circumstances, I don't think you can blame him.*

Voice in the Distance: "Sweet mother of Arceus have some mercy on my poor ears."

Jesse: "W-w-wh who's there?"
