You spent all the day at the lake. It really was a shame that a beautiful place like that one wasn't visited by people because they didn't know about its existence. But on the other hand, Bucky and you were able to spend some time together without interruptions.

After that tremendous and sensual kiss in the lake, you played in the water like little kids, splashing water to each other, doing swimming races, etc. Both of you realized that each other's company wasn't that bad at all.

• 3 hours later •

You got out of the lake. You dressed up and Bucky waited till his t-shirt was dry again. In the meantime, you sat at the edge of the dock talking about life and random things. You shared laughs and also tears talking about your past. He was reserved about his but you didn't pressure him to talk about it.

For the first time, you got along, listening to each other and finding a good friend in each other, although neither one would admit it.

You returned to your hotel room at evening, the sun was setting and the sky was painted with beautiful pink, purple and orange tones.

As soon as you arrived to your room, your phone buzzed in your pocket.

Wands✨: "Hi hun! Nat and I talked with the boys about the plans for tonight and we agreed to go to a club.
I know that's okay with you but tell Bucky please. We'll meet you at the lobby at 9:00 pm. Dress well ;)"

Y/N: "Bunny, Wanda texted me and said we're going to a club, so wear something nice"

Bucky: "Again, it's Bucky, and yes boss"

Y/N: "Don't call me like that"

Bucky: "Why not? You're very bossy"

You rolled your eyes at him and walked into the closet to pick an outfit. You dig into your clothes until you found a cute short dress.

• 1 hour later •

Bucky and you headed to the lobby ready to club. On your way, you crossed ways with a couple of grandparents who were walking with their 3 grandkids. The little girl was distracted and bumped into you. Her grandma quickly approached to you.

Lady: "I'm so sorry! This little one doesn't watch her step"

Y/N: "Don't worry! Are you okay little one?"

The little girl just smiled and nodded her head. The lady approached to her husband still having her eyes on Bucky and you.

Lady: "They remind me of us"

Man: "Oh yes, the good times"

The lady turned to Bucky whispering in his ear.

Lady: "My dear, enjoy the time you've with your girlfriend because in a blink of an eye you've to watch your grandkids"

The lady winked at him and walked away before any of you could tell her something.
Bucky and you just stared at each other confused, but her comment resonated in your heads.

When you arrived to the lobby everyone was sitting at the bar. Steve and Thor were taking a picture with two little kids who recognized them. They posed as if they were holding the shield and the hammer. The kids turned around and saw that the rest of the avengers were there too. They begged for another photo with everyone and of course they had it.

After all the kids stuff, it was finally time for some grownups time at the club.

When you walked in, the guard and Tony had a little chat and he guided you to the VIP lounge. It was like Tony knew every single person in the whole world.

The boys headed to te bar to get some drinks for everyone. You stayed only with Nat and Wanda, finally catching up.

Y/N: "So, how was the skydiving?"

Nat: "We didn't skydive, that activity was forbidden because of your fear of heights, remember?"

Wanda: "It was a shame you couldn't go shopping with us"

You raised your brows and spited your drink.

Y/N: "You went shopping?!"

Nat: "Yeah, we told Bucky"

Wanda: "But he said you weren't feeling good"

As they told you what they really did, all you could think of was how Bucky lied to you, he told you they were going skydiving and that he told them both of you weren't joining because of your fear of heights, but what could you say now?

Y/N: "Yeah, sure, I had a terrible headache"
